Highly recommended!

The pictures do not give this place justice! The house was immaculate and very clean. The views were stunning. Upon arrival Jermaine greeted us and was very professional and personable. Even prior to our arrival he was in communication and assisting with any questions we had. He even went out and purchased us girls a hair blow dryer - so very kind! Lots of bedding and space in the house. Pool area/kitchen/living room is certainly the highlight. Can't say enough positive things about the house or the owner. Super close to Old Town and all of the activities. 10 out of 10 ratings for sure!

This is a great property, situated minutes for all the Scottsdale has to offer. The views are breathtaking. House is well maintained and equipped for all of your needs. Ample amount of sleeping. The property owners are extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this property.

Well laid out floor plan

We had a wonderful time this past week at your beautiful home, thanks to Jermaine and the owners. What a beautiful home!

Additionally, it was perfectly equipped for everything we needed. Some loved the outdoor patio whilst some loved the pool and others just loved the view! Thank you very much. Jed

Great house with tremendous views and awesome location! Rented the house for a boys spring training/golf trip. Easy access to the airport, golf courses, shopping etc. There was cosmetic damage to the patio furniture and throughout parts of the house but nothing that brought down our experience. Would have been nice to have a few instructions or tips with dishwashers, stereo systems, blinds, pool operation etc.

All around house was great and would recommend for any boys/girls getaway or large family vacation.

Arcadia Scottsdale

Fantastic location on hillside with tremendous views. Easy access to airport and restaurants. House is well laid out. However, the pool heater didn't seem to work after the first day (which is an extra fee). I was told it was working but it seemed to really cool off after the first day. One of the small dishwashers in the main kitchen didn't work so we used the other small one but was not large enough for our party. Tried to hand wash but the cleaning supplies on hand were quite used and didn't seem sanitary. Used the basement dishwasher but carrying dishes up and down stairs wasn't fun. There were 2 coffee cups for the whole house. The entire refrigerator door was filled with beer and condiments that had already been opened- I'm not really inclined to finish another party's salsa or bbq sauce. The shower in the master was scalding hot and could not adjust- we had to use another shower in the house. Needed more toilet paper and paper towels. There was some cosmetic damage to some of the carpets and the outdoor furniture was frayed and worm. One of the patio door handles was constantly falling off- needs to be replaced. All of these small issues added up to us not really liking the house. It seemed like a weekend party house- I would not stay there with my family again. Also, fantastic grocery just down the street.

Owner's Response: We are very surprised to hear this critical feedback, for a number of reasons. Primarily, a few days after your check in you opted to extend your stay at the property. Second, the local manager came by several times during times during your stay and none of these issues were reported. After this review was submitted, the owner went to the home personally to check on each item reported, and shared some comments on a few items mentioned in the review. The pool heater, brand new and installed two weeks before your stay, was running properly, and kept the pool at a steady 83 degrees (the temp is recorded and can be monitored remotely). There are three dishwashers, two upstairs and one down, so even if one had been out of commission there is still ample capacity. The property is professionally managed and well stocked with basics such as toilet paper and paper towel and various cleaning supplies of all types. Although the property was deep cleaned prior to your check-in, a cleaner was dispatched as a courtesy during your stay to clean up after your group at your request. At the owner's count there were 26 coffee mugs present when you checked out - perhaps you didn't check the proper cabinets. It is common for non perishable condiments to be left for guest use, as most appreciate the option. The shower in the master bathroom was checked by a plumber after your departure, and was working fine. Due to its location and the length of pipes providing water it simply takes slightly longer for water temperature adjustments to take effect. The carpets and outdoor furniture are in good shape. Again, we are very surprised to hear your feedback. Many guests have stayed at the property and none have had similar complaints. Good luck in your future travels! ~ The Evolve Team
