3BR/3BA Lone Palm in Gun Bay, East End is an award-winning floorplan by renowned architect John Doak. Second floor loft ( trundle bed) offers overflow sleeping. 200 foot wide sandy oceanfront lot assures guest privacy. Many windows and glass doors across the oceanfront covered verandah flood the villa with sunshine. White sand beach with great snorkeling directly in front of the villa. No screened porch needed, as the east end typically has a tradewind breeze to keep the house cool and bug-free!
Location and convenience is a key factor with our guests who choose Lone Palm. Within walking distance to Ocean Frontiers Dive Center, Eagle Ray’s Dive bar and Restaurant, Bombay Chopsticks restaurant, Big Tree BBQ, Vivine’s Kitchen and also a small shop at Compass Point…Lone Palm is right in the middle of it. Lone Palm is also often used as an overflow villa for larger families renting the 7BR Cayman Castle next door. Renting those two properties puts 950 feet of private shoreline between the two homes with 3 pools, room to entertain and still maintain privacy.

-300 feet of white sand beach to the north of the villa is also available for guest use (Castle kayaks and beach chairs are private, unless renting the Castle as well).

Minimum age of 25 yrs old to lease any of the villas and lessee must occupy the villa during the entirety of the rental period.
We were celebrating my parents 40th wedding anniversary and had 6 adults and 1 child! It had perfect accommodations, and that back deck what can I say just breathless. Paradise, and the owners and staff were great to work with. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
