This two building condo community is located within walking distance of "Seacrets" a locals favorite. Each 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has a living-dining area opening to the balcony. Features include a fully equipped kitchen, central air, outdoor pool, and central laundry room. Some units offer bayfront views and others overlook the lagoon. Both the North and South buildings offer some direct bayfront units. Some units are NON-SMOKING.

Pool / Spa
The facility was great but our room was a non smoking room but smelled badly of cigarettes.
The condo had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. The odor was so strong it got into all our clothes. I purchased 6 scented room deodorizers but it barely helped.
Great location for visiting the hot spots.
The location is perfect for visiting all the popular hot spots along the coast. Seacrets is the place to visit. Only a block away. The condo t.v.'s can use an update. Tube style is so past tense. Other than that, the condo satisfies all of your needs for a week away. The pool is just steps away. We would definately consider staying here again.
Convenient Location and can be the perfect condo for a vacation, but tired decor
Overall, we enjoyed our stay with a few minor hiccups (one was my fault):
As a guide, while the "Cons" are greater in number, it did not offset the "pros", but depending on what your pet peeves may be, I think the more knowledge the better.
Pros: Convenient location near restaurants, short walk to the beach (recommend a beach cart), easy parking at the boardwalk, easy on/off the island. Overall, condo was clean in the sense of dirt removed, surfaces cleaned.
Cons: If décor is important to you, this décor was rather old. Little things such as peeled finishing on the kitchen faucet to paint on the wallboards don't matter much to most, but if a pro finish is what you are looking for (like the condo I stayed in last year or a decent hotel), then its good to know that now. More important for us was that the comforter was really dirty as was the rocking chair. If people didn't use furnishings with wet sun tan oil, it probably wouldn't get that way, but nevertheless, it was sort of off-putting and we thought it should have been thrown out. Luckily we brought our own comforter so that wasn't as much of an issue. Ceiling fan was clanky and probably needs repairs, the televisions were straight out of the 80s (minor thing, but flat screens are so cheap, why not go with something other than a 18" CRT old tv).
The biggest con for me was my own fault. There were two condos in the unit, one with WiFi and one without. When I went back to book, I accidently hit the wrong one. WiFi was very important to me so I could get work done when everyone else sleeps in. So (if the owner is reading this), wifi is a decent investment and you can offset it with a $15 per week increase or something like that.
