Your search is over! Check out these very attractive 2 bedroom, 2 bath walk-up units. The building features an outdoor pool, separate children's pool, and two car off street parking. Some parking is under the building-vehicle height restrictions exist. Each unit includes a spacious living-dining area, fully equipped kitchen, central air, washer, dryer and some units have courtesy VCR's, DVD players, and bedroom TV's. Some units are NON-SMOKING. You will enjoy a limited oceanview from the balconies of some units. A short walk to the beach and close to restaurants is a bonus. Don't fall short-book your vacation today! Unit has Showtime and Starz/Encore channels for April 2018 to October 2018. Free high speed wireless internet access (April-October only).

Nothing fancy, but got the job done
Tiffanie by the Sea is an old building, and this unit doesn't look to have had many upgrades over the years. It was completely serviceable for a weekend away, I'm on the fence if I would stay here for a full week. Three beds were clearly old spring mattresses, but everyone slept perfectly comfortably. The Wifi password posted on the board didn't work.
Unit apparently has two dedicated parking spots (which is important in the height of summer) but we could only locate one under the building and parked the second car on the street.
Plenty of hot water- three women showered one right after the other and didn't have an issue. Water pressure was also good.
Great location, 56th street on an intersection with a light and crosswalk. Easy to walk to the places we liked to go.
Biggest complaint was the property management/rental company. Be prepared to get multiple emails and phone calls from the rental agency once you complete your booking. They will call and email to confirm all the information you already put in the VRBO listing. You will also get emails from a 'no reply' address that ask you to take action digitally, but when you do, you get another email that says 'this email address is not monitored...' Why ask for action in an on-monitored email account? I tried to be understanding and remember that it's better to have confirmation, but it was excessive. Individual unit keypads would be a good investment for this property, so you can book, receive your confirmation, get sent the code, and never have to talk to anyone or go to an offsite location to retrieve/return the keys.
Checkout seemed early, especially for the off season. Out of the property and back to the rental office by 10AM.
