This renovated vacation home is conveniently located in the heart of Sea Pines Resort. The beach and the Sea Pines Beach Club are a short 8 minute bike ride away. The property is less than 1 mile from the Plantation Golf Club and 1.4 miles from the Harbour Town Lighthouse & Yacht Basin. The Salty Dog is a convenient 3.6 miles away.
Sea Pines has scenic recreational paths that run extensively throughout the resort. The recreational path is easily accessed at the end of the property's driveway. If you're interested in a leisurely bike ride or a relaxing jog, the path is just steps away.
The main house has 2BR & 2BA. The attached guest house has 2BR & 1BA. The interior of the property was renovated in Fall, 2015. The renovation included a guest house, swimming pool, expansive pool deck, new furnishings, flooring, paint, smart TV's, ultimate Wi-Fi, and much more!
The kitchen is nicely stocked with all the essentials. There is plenty of room for 2 chefs in the kitchen and there is a small bar for serving apps or drinks. The formal dining table seats 8.
The spacious breakfast nook comfortable accommodates 6 people and is perfect for feeding kids or for the early morning coffee drinker seeking peace & quiet. A Keurig coffee machine is provided during your stay.
The living room is centrally located around the fireplace and a 50" smart tv. The bay windows provide views of the swimming pool and the Ocean Golf Course.
Within the main house there is a private lounge with a 55'' smart TV, wine cooler & wet bar. The lounge is perfect for isolating the kids and the Dad's.
The attached 2BR guest house is ideal for the late sleepers. Its accessed by an exterior private entrance, has one full bathroom, mini- refrigerator, 50" smart TV and furnishings set up for socializing or watching television.
The pool and the expansive pool deck have been completely renovated. Shade, sun & fun are always abundant. The pool has a sundeck that is great for relaxing and enjoying a drink. There are lounge chairs and a nice 8 piece patio set available to guests.
The property is Wi-Fi friendly. The signal is good through out the main house.
The sidewalks and driveway are very well lit at night. The driveway can easily fit 3 large SUV's and a lot of bikes!
Please know that all guests are more than welcome to tour the property prior to booking. Prospective guests can even make arrangements for a local relative or friend to tour the property on their behalf.

I've been coming to HHI for 25 years and this is the biggest pool and pool deck we've ever had. Great for pool lovers. Good space, great for entertaining.
Amazing house!! Each bedroom had their own TV, their own bathroom, a lot of space to move around in, great eating areas, kitchen was very nice, great patio area, and awesome pool. Pictures on VRBO were exactly what we expected. Phil Hartmann, property manager, was really great to work with. Definitely would recommend this property to family and friends. Sea Pines is very family oriented area with activities... biking, walking, horse back riding, golf, and Harbor Town within a mile away. Great restaurants in Sea Pines and on Hilton Head Island. Will definitely rent this home again to build more family vacation memories!!
We are two families who have been vacationing on HHI for 10 years. As the children have grown (20, 20, 18 & 17) we have rented progressively larger homes. We all agreed, this was definitely a favorite. It easily accommodated 8 adults. The pool had lots of sun (something that was very important to the 3 girls). We cook at home most nights and there was plenty of space for multiple cooks in the kitchen. Very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and that says a lot since we're quite a picky bunch. The only minimally negative was the frogs chatter at night which was easily resolved by a quick rehoming mission. We thoroughly enjoyed this home. Phillip (the property manager) was proactive in communicating with us prior to arrival and promptly attentive when needed (frog patrol). What a terrific vacation home! This rental provided us with everything we could possibly need for our week in Hilton Head. It was very clean and offered many amenities! Perfect for two families as there are separate living spaces but common areas to enjoy as well. We enjoyed the pool most of all...perfect to cool down after the beach! I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a week of relaxation!
Spent a week at the house with our five daughters and had a great time. Conveniently located to the main areas in the seaside community and the local grocery store and liquor store. House had plenty of room for our family of seven. We will be back. The management team was great!

A $300 cleaning fee is added to all reservations 5 nights or less.
A thirty (30) day notice is required for a cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will not be assessed additional fees and guests will receive a full refund less the Administration Fee.
There are no penalties for changing a reservation outside of thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Any changes made to a reservation within thirty (30) days of arrival maybe treated as a cancellation.
All paid reservations include two (2) gate passes. Additional gate passes are $15 each.
