Casa Yankari is a traditional villa (330m2 internal build) totally private in its own walled grounds with fantastic country and sea views. Very quiet position only 4 mins to the shops in Loule, 10 mins from Almancil and Vilamoura. Full security and medical alert package monitored by Prosegur (if you need help push the button), electric gates, window grills and window shutters.

Sleeping upto 10, the house has been internally fully refurbished again this winter and is continuously maintained to a very high standard.

The entire building outside, pool area and tennis courts were re-designed and rebuilt in summer of 2012

The house has a very large top terrace with built in BBQ's etc and has a railing fence all round making it an ideal 'safe area' for young children.

Garden terrace. Large heated pool (14metre), large patio, pool house with W/C, shower and changing area, and outdoor kitchen area with fridge, BBQ etc.

Full size tennis court. Fully computerised irrigation system, hot water by solar and electric backup.

There is wireless internet access through out the house and top terrace area.

We wanted to have plenty of space, in our own grounds with great views and privacy, but we wanted to be close to everything as well.

Casa Yankari just ticks all the boxes

What makes this villa unique

The unique benefit to our home, has to be the security and 'child friendly' aspect. As you will see from our reviews it is constantly commented upon by people with toddlers and young children.

We have 4 little girls of our own and as this is very much our home as opposed to a rental investment.

The house has been developed to allow maximum relaxation for adults whilst being easy to control or contain the children's play areas.

  • All of the bedrooms have top of the range pocket sprung beds with a retail price in the UK over £2000 each so that you get a comfortable nights sleep. Two of the bedrooms have 'zip & link' mattresses which can be assembled to form ether a Kingsize double or two full size single beds to give maximum flexibility. The 5th bedroom we use as an office but can set up with 2 single beds, which most of our guests do. All of the en suites have full body showers, the master bedroom also has a bath.

Very spacious villa with every comfort

We loved Casa Yankari. There were 10 of us aged between 3 and 73, plus 3 visiting adults, and there was space for everyone, more than enough sun loungers etc. Really comfortable beds and beautiful fluffy bath towels. The children loved the pool and we all loved the tennis court. Beautiful peaceful location but not far from 'civilisation'. The owners and their local team could not have been more helpful.

Perfect family getaway!

As a very busy couple and parents to two young children (1&3) this holiday could not have been more perfect!

To be honest the photos online just don't do it justice - the property is breathtaking and has a wonderful energy about it.

Because our flight was arriving late in the evening - mark (the owner) had arranged not only transport but also the maid to get us some groceries in so we had breakfast in the morning.

The customer service was exceptional!

The property was completely child safe and child friendly - the pool had a secure fence up around it so at all times we could relax knowing the children couldn't get in.

We had so much fun on this holiday and this place has become very special to me - not only would I highly recommend but I am hoping to return annually for our family hols!!!

We loved it so much and we're having so much fun in the pool that we didn't venture out to restaurants etc.

We visited the town of Loule on the last day and it defiantly worth a visit!

Simply perfect holiday!!!!

Beautiful villa, well equipped, good location

We spent a week with a family of 6 in Villa Yankari. We had beautiful weather and we enjoyed the great views from the terrace. Great pool and tenniscourt. The villa is well equipped. It is located at a quiet place, but still easy to reach from Loule.

Our holiday at Casa Yankari was brilliant

We, six adults and two small grandchildren, stayed in excellent Casa Yankari for the first time this year and had a fantastic time.

Set in a rural, and exceptionally peaceful, area in the hills behind Loule. Casa Yankari had everything we needed - very well furnished and equipped, with very comfortable beds. It has brilliant living space and the huge terrace at the back has amazing space for dining (two BBQ's) and relaxing and there are fantastic panoramic views across the countryside to Faro Airport and the sea 15-20 miles away. There are also stunning views from the tennis court and beautifully warm, child safe, pool and ample sunbeds, another BBQ here too! It is only a few minutes drive from Casa Yankari into Loule for shopping and restaurants.

Owners Mark and Ali Croll have been exceptionally helpful and informative and we would definitely recommend Casa Yankari for a family holiday.

We are very much looking forward to going back again next year.

We just loved Casa Yankari!

We had a wonderful half term week at Casa Yankari with the extended family. Aged from 1 to 70+ it was a great experience for everyone with lots of space for communal dining/relaxing/scrabble playing but also room to get away and not feel on top of each other.

The house is brilliantly equipped and super child friendly especially for little ones. Mark and his wife provide every possible bit of information to make sure you get the best from the property and the local area. We also took advantage of the recommended friendly taxi firm to enjoy some evenings dining out.

The heated pool and tennis court were super and we just loved the panoramic views and sunrises we enjoyed with a fresh morning coffee in hand!

In short we absolutely loved this place and would thoroughly recommend the Villa for a large family holiday.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in Casa Yankari. Superb spacious villa with wonderful surroundings and views. Spotlessly clean and well maintained and fully equipped with all we needed. From our first enquiry to the villa owner, Mark, and following our return home, it was very apparent that he wanted us to enjoy their lovely holiday home as he and his own family do; so helpful and reassuring. Stairgates were installed and swimming pool was fenced off ready for our 21 month old Grandson, who had such a great time in the pool and around the villa. The terrace was an ideal area for him to have the freedom he needed. We all enjoyed our bbq evenings out on the terrace overlooking the illuminated pool area. The villa is ideally situated, overlooking a tranquil valley, with all we required within easy distance, i.e. Loule town, Vilamoura and Albufeira. Would definitely recommend to Family and Friends and look forward to an early return.

Caa Yankari is located just outside Loule in its own private walled gardens with fantastic views to both the country side and sea. The position gives the perfect situation of privacy and peace and quiet and yet is located only 3 minuts drive from Loule and 4 minutes to the nearest motorway junction. With the new bypass road you are out of the main tourist area but the attractions are in very close by. Vilamoura is under a 10 minute drive and Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lobo are under 15 minutes.

Loacted within the 'Golden Triangle' there are literally 100's of restaurants within easy reach.
