My wife and I chaperoned a group of 5 Demolay members for a weekend ski trip. The snow was piled high but the driveway and porch were cleaned off for us. A nice gift basket on arrival added a certain amount of "welcome" to our arrival. The home was perfect for us! A nice kitchen table to "fill the trough" for the boys. Lots of beds upstairs so everyone got their own bed. My wife and I had a bathroom but there were two others. Less than a 10 minute drive and we were in the Homewood ski resort parking lot. We came home to a nice family room with big comfy furniture to just sit and relax. All of the boys commented on how nice the cabin was and were planning next year's trip on the way home. They are hoping to come back to the same place. Thanks for everything!
I recently stayed at Jack & Sandy's cabin and had the best time. They really have everything you need! It is such a perfect cabin if you are traveling with family and especially kids. The backyard is very large and a great space for playing games. Not only are we returning regularly, my sister-in-law is planning on using it now with her side of the family too! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone whose looking to stay in the best part of Tahoe.
This home is welcoming and feels like you are staying with a friend. The owners have supplied you with everything you could possibly need, including welcome goodies. Liked that Jack calls you prior to arrival. The pictures are accurate and location perfect for anything you may want to do at the West Shore. Easy access to bike trails and hiking trails (Sugar Pine) at the end of the street. We were there for a wedding in Homewood which was 2 minutes away. Dinner at West Shore Inn delicious. Evolve is easy to work with and answers all your questions as well. We would definitely come back, thank you!!
House was perfect! Beds were plentiful, and there was even a gift basket of coffee, chocolate, and wine! We would definitely come back!
Jack the owner is really nice and accommodating. The place was nice enough but could use a little TLC.
I think the neighbors are tired of living next to a vacation house. We had a family dinner over there there first night with several families. Our kids were playing outside but not being overly loud. The dinner was over before 8, but the neighbors still complained to the owner about us being too loud.
We really enjoyed staying at Jacks house for my 60th birthday. It was very comfortable and in a great location to access all there is to do on the West Shore. Lovely decor and fully stocked with everything you would need.
Jack was also very responsive to our concerns. We had 2 groups stay with us and they all loved the house too. Thank you Jack for your beautiful home!
