Comfortable Apartment, great value
Comfortable Apartment, great value
Came into town to visit my children and grandchildren. Host was very helpful, with many suggestions about activities and restaurants.
Comfortable bed, great location, fun to have grandchildren visit in an apartment like setting.
Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I'm so happy that you enjoyed the fun restaurants on Mississippi. ✅👍😊
Wonderful and Comfortable :)
Very comfortable, clean and well appointed accommodation. We were close to everything! Great attention to details and a helpful but non-intrusive host. Would definitely recommend!
Overpriced
Cute place and great location, but not as expected based on the other reviews. Overall cleanliness as well as a variety of apartment fixtures were in substandard condition. Bring your ear plugs as there are tenants above and below and the walls are very thin. Understandably, Portland lodging is expensive, but this place seemed way overpriced given the condition of the space.
As per the rental market is quite costly we are different and we offer a monthly rate for travelers who need an extended stay. For a 1 bedroom with room for 3 people the rate is quite reasonable. A hotel room would have been 3 times the cost.
Charming // Great location
I was in Portland for 10 days of work, and the house was great. Located near Mississippi St with food, bars and live music all a 10 minute walk away. The house is the bottom story of a duplex and when people are upstairs you can slightly hear footsteps, but didn't bother me at all. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, absolutely loved this place.
Pow wow vacation
The apartment located in great area close to all my family and was so easy to find and the property manger was great. Having air conditioning was great help to sleep, when the nights were hot. So cute. Loved the place. Would rent again. The property was well maintained. The listing was accurate.
Wonderful spot close to Portland for a small family.
We are so thankful to have found this place. It was a great fit for my husband and I and 9-month old son. It's so close to Portland that we could go back and forth easily for our son's nap times, and the Mississippi District was a fun place to walk to and explore. We had a quick response from the renter when first inquiring and willingness to accommodate us with just a few days notice. Clean, great layout and lots of character. Great find!
