Exciting, vibrant and multi-colored - thats London. The trend capital is always in motion, guaranteeing up to date for some it is THE shopping paradise, while others can be inspired by art and music, and others dance the night away in the night clubs in the East End.
London is not the time stops, creating thousands of new trends and still be great cultural tradition and written. Formerly known as Red Light District, Soho is now the NEW WEST END , posh and full of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants, a popular meeting place for London's smart set, but also for tourists and people who just want to spend a cheerful evening with her friends at a lively place . Soho in the evening is a pedestrian paradise. People from the surrounding offices and tourist conquer the streets and alleys on foot, ignoring the few cars that try to carve a way through the streets.

We loved the location being so close to Tottenham Court Underground station and all the shops and restaurants in the Soho area.
Unfortunately we experienced issues in the apartment every single day. On the first night the bed broke as I sat down onto it. I had to go to one of the other bedrooms where the mattress was lying at an angle so not a good night's sleep. Next day the bedframe was repaired but the heating stopped working. In the evening when we returned from a day out in the city the heating was functioning again.
One morning a beggar/drug addict had come into our building and we could not leave the house before the police had removed him. On the last day when it was raining outside the rain came streaming through one of the spotlights in the kitchen. Again we called the local concierge and within 10 minutes there was someone there to look at it.
This apartment is a great base to stay when exploring central London but unfortunately we experienced some issues. I would like to add however that the Concierge team was responsive and acted very quickly.
In all aspects, the Oxford Street apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment is precisely as depicted in the pictures, spotlessly clean and in short fantastic. The location is brilliant and even though it's situated in the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street, we weren't at all disturbed by any street noises. Beds were comfortable, bathroom facilities excellent (the shower in the en suite bathroom purely divine!) as well as the beautiful modern kitchen. The apartment is really well equipped and the host even left us some complimentary coffee, tea, water, milk, biscuits and crisps. We could have done with some extra stocked toilet paper (which we unexpectedly ran out of)!But not really an issue, since there are shops all around.
Our guest-manager, who took care of our check-in, met us at the apartment and was really welcoming, She had the difficult job of explaining to us at check in that the lift wasn't in working order and since it was the weekend, there wasn't anything to be done about it. This was of course a disappointment to us since the apartment is on the third floor, but has probably already been fixed by now. So the the host actually (unknowingly and not at their fault) also provided us with some necessary exercise :)
Finally, the host was really accommodating regarding allowing us a later checkout, which was greatly appreciated!
All in all - a beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment in a fantastic location - guest-manager and contact person during the booking-period were really welcoming, accommodating and quick to respond to all and any requests.
All of us, a group of seven colleagues, agreed that we would definitely stay here again with friends or family and recommend the apartment to others.
A nice apartment. Everything was clean and orderly. Conveniently located. Our host was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends.
We would definitely stay here again. The apartment is in a fantastic location right on Oxford St near Tottenham court tube, and very well appointed with coffee machine, and other appliances and utensils we needed. It is clean and well presented. It's not extremely spacious but fine for our needs. Melanie and her team had great communication and we felt very lucky to have found this place to stay. We were a group of 3mums and 5 kids, and the only trouble we had was that it was so busy on Oxford St it was a bit hectic with so many kids to keep track of, so I would recommend the apartment as better for couples/friends, people with older children, or at least a higher adult:child ratio. But no complaints from us!
