This vacation rental is located on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to Mesquite Bay where you can launch your Kayak, or do a little fishing. Lovely 3 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath vacation property. Completely fenced front and back, with "coyote" safe, protected animal run, with door off the master bedroom. All new mattresses: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 twins. Comfortable living room furniture, and beautifully decorated. All new towels, and linens. The kitchen has a dish washer, electric stove, refrigerator, and pantry. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer, with extra storage area. Each room has a good size flat screen TV, with Blu-ray player in the living room and DVD player in the twin bedroom. The Master has it's own shower and toilet, with sliding glass door leading to the large patio/pool area. With beautiful lake and canyon views. Less than 3 miles to our Mall, 1.7 miles to Windsor launch ramp. THE POOL IS FINISHED. The patio is done in a beautiful travertine. The pool has a seating area with table and umbrella, and a beach type entry. The pergola shades a sitting area, at the beach entry of the pool. The front patio is completely enclosed and also has seating.
There is room to park a large boat, or hook-up an RV on the side of our house. We are pet friendly, with prior approval and details about your pet. We strive to make this a fun, and safe place for you to vacation.
Bob & I are from Orange County California. We both enjoy riding bikes, water sports, time with family, and get-togethers.
I worked in the medical field for over 30 years, and Bob for the City of Costa Mesa as an Engineer for the Fire Department.
Several things I can't live without are; Coffee, Mexican food, Hawaiian music, dogs, and my husband!
We moved to Lake Havasu City in 2000, built a home and started enjoying retirement.
Our City has so many activities year round, there just isn't time to do them all. We especially like the summer and spending time with our dogs at the Lake, or just paddling around the pool.

This area of Havasu is in a quiet neighborhood, located on a quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful views of canyons, mountains, and the lake. Grocery shopping, the mall, home depot all within 3 miles.
We can walk our dogs to the water and let them swim!

Having bought a home in Lake Havasu City, I still needed a place to reside since the closing was not for a month. I was very fortunate to find a home on the Lake Side of the highway, which is owned by Bob and Donna. They gave me a more than fair rate. Newer furnishings, comfortable beds, but most importantly the house was very clean. You won't need anything when you stay here since they've thought of it all. Plenty of towels and linens, to every utensil in the kitchen. The pool was just being finished when my stay was coming to an end. (Big garage as well, which fit my long bed truck no problem.)
Thank you Donna and Bob - you truly made my transition into my new home that much easier!
I sincerely recommend their rental, on the Lake Side, for any period of time that one needs!
We often rent different homes during the summer in Lake Havasu and usually don't leave reviews, but this home is one of our favorites. We went out for a three day weekend to Lake Havasu with six adults and this home worked out perfect for us. When we arrived the home was very clean and organized very well. Minutes from the Windsor launch and more than enough room to keep our boat on the side of house. The pool was great and it came in handy when our boat was down one day. Bob and Donna responded immediately anytime I had any questions for them and they were very helpful. Definitely will be renting this home again.. Thank you!
It is always difficult to find a nice place where the whole family can get together and by "whole family", that means the furry members as well! This was our first trip to Lake Havasu and we were more than pleased to arrive at this wonderful home after many hours of flying into Phoenix and then driving through the desert to this oasis.
The home is wonderfully furnished, well maintained, immaculate, and well stocked with everything you need for your stay. While not "on the lake", it is close and a short drive will take you to the London Bridge and the activity areas on the "island.
The Spencer's did everything to make us feel at home, welcomed, appreciated, and we truly enjoyed the house and the wonderful pool area. Thanks again!
This home exceeded all expectations. It gives off a brilliant home like feeling, and the owners double that feeling by being so welcoming. With other homes i have rented it felt as if i was at a hotel and would need to pay money just to use a glass in the cabinet. Here they went above and beyond to make it feel like it was your home. The addition of directions for anything to do around the area is most helpful for first timers. I will most certainly be coming back for another trip!
Exceeded me expectations when I arrived. Every detail had been thought of to make our stay comfortable. Felt like I was staying at a resort with all the comforts provided. Plenty of space for our large family and also space to park our boat. Enjoyed the pool in evening with a BBQ dinner. Can't wait to come back again! Thank you Donna and Bob!
This was our first extended visit to Arizona and Lake Havasu as "snowbirds." We were very happy with Bob and Donna's home and they were very responsive to any needs that came up. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable for our time there. The pool added a very nice ambience when sitting out on the patio and there was a nice view of the lake from the patio.
i cannot express how pleased we were with Donna and Bob's beautiful vacation home. The fact that we were truly able to relax and enjoy ourselves in Lake Havasu after a hectic holiday was exactly what we needed. Donna and Bob are natural hosts and made sure that EVERY aspect of our trip was covered. The dog run and doggy door really made us feel secure leaving our furry companion, and not having to worry about accidents or our small dog becoming a snack. The extra mile and then some was given when Bob noted our 7lb doxie could slip through the dog run, and coming over to SECURE it. The house was spotless and looked like a model home. The beds were so comfortable, and having a washer and dryer made packing light an understatement. We really appreciated the hospitality, there was only one problem, we only stayed a week!!!!

You are within walking distance of Mesquite Bay, where Kayakers launch, or just sit at the waters edge and enjoy nature. We walk our dogs here in the morning. They love fetching sticks and swimming here. We are located less than 3 miles from the Mall, 1.7 miles from Windsor launch ramp, 2 miles from the London Bridge.
There is a beautiful brand new Travertine patio, and pool. The pool has a Baja entry, and a built in table with seating!

This vacation home is located in a pristine area of Lake Havasu City, A quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance to Mesquite Bay, and less than 2 miles to Windsor Boat Launch. The Mall is within 3 miles, as is Home Depot, Movie Theaters, and great places to eat. We have beautiful dog parks, one located on the Island, and several more close by. Bring your Kayak, Boat, RV and enjoy your stay! You will find our home very comfortable, and in one of the best neighborhoods in Lake Havasu City. Children will also enjoy there stay here. They will look over the back fence and see wild rabbits, birds, and other wildlife, in the large canyon behind the house. We have provided A DVD player, Blu Ray player, Wi-Fi, and cable TV and stereo. We provide necessary towels, dishes, glasses, silverware, and even games for the kids. The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils and cooking pots etc.
