Entire building is yours to enjoy. Its traditional layout has been preserved yet fitted throughout with modern fittings. The kitchen and bathroom have been installed with Panasonic automation systems. Both bathroom climate and bathtub settings are programmable. Toilet is an automated bidet.
You will be staying in a very clean, safe and exclusive neighbourhood. There's a handy bicycle parked outside for your use to make that quick dash to the convenience stores on either side.
We have a Ricoh Theta 360 camera available for hire at 5,000 for the whole duration of your stay with a security deposit of 15000. The deposit is refunded upon returning the camera. Please let us know in advance so we will bring it along when we meet.
Guest Access. We ask that guests do not open nor use any of our stored linens/beddings/towels that you have not booked for. Thank you for your cooperation.
We will meet and greet you. We will be providing you with extra maps and information upon your reservation. We have traveller's books, brochures and maps available so you can plan and explore at your own pace. We speak both English and Mandarin.
Do let us know when you will be arriving so we can welcome you, pass you the house key and introduce the area to you.

If you're planning on several stops, consider buying the "One Day Tourist Bus Pass" for 500JPY. It's unlimited bus rides for the entire day within Kyoto City.
7-Eleven and Circle K convenience stores, 2 minutes away from each side.
5 minutes walk to Nishihonganji Temple.
Another 2 minutes walk to Costume Museum from Nishihonganji Temple.
5 minutes walk to Kyoto Aquarium.
5 min to a Fish Market (think mini-Tsukiji). The tuna auction here is free, starts 5.30am. Come here to get all sorts of fresh seafood, tsuekmono, kitchenware, and little eateries for fresh sushi and many other foods.
4 minutes walk to Umekoji Park and the Locomotive Museum just opposite.
15 minute walk down to Toji Temple.
1.5 km away from Kyoto station, about 15-20 minute walk .
5 min taxi ride, for a cab from Kyoto station at 670 thereabouts, seating 4 pax. Take Bus 205 to our place at 230 per person, 5 mins.
