Hello there, my name is Vince and my wife Margaret and I would love to host you at our lovely condo during your visit in Calgary. This is our second home when we stay in downtown Calgary. We take great pride in keeping the place clean and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! My wife and I are always reachable via cell, text or email. On the first morning after checked in we'll send a quick message to see if any questions or concerns need to be addressed. Besides that we respect our guest(s)'s privacy so we won't initiate contact unless necessary, as such, please stay in good communication throughout the duration of your stay. You will be welcomed with freshly laundered duvet covers, bed, bath, and kitchen linens upon your arrival. This is our second home when we stay in downtown Calgary. Everything is within walking distance including Corbeaux, Parc, Cru, Una, National, The Ship and Anchor Pub. Also Analog Coffee, Caffe Beano, Waves Coffee, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, London Drugs, Shoppers Drug Mart, BestBuy, Safeway, Calgary Co-op, plus many other restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. Calgary Transit bus # 3 run along 17 ave every 15 mins. Calgary LRT (Light Rail Transit) is only a few blocks north.

Kind Owner, Convenient Location, Calgary Condo
On arrival, you are personally met by Vince for an inviting tour of the condo and the condo complex,. You immediately know from Vince's relaxed, warm welcome that you have made the right choice! The condo is perfect for a couple and sits in a convenient location. Restaurants, grocery store, drug store,, retail are all within walking distance. All the amenities you need are included in this condo...including many items such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap etc. that are not included in other condo rentals. The place is immaculate thanks to Vince's wife. There was nothing we lacked or wished for during our stay. Vince even invited us to use his Netflix account which was a surprise treat! We highly recommend this condo owner and rental.

Very nice condo in a perfect location
Great little condo . Perfect for a couple wanting access to the stores and restaurants of lower Mount Royal.
In the heart of the city
Located just off 17th Avenue, great location. Restaurants and shopping all close by and a 15 minute walk to downtown. Vince met us to check in and show us the apt. The apt has all you need and very clean.
Suitable for a business traveller, single person or two people.

Great small condo, good location for downtown and 17ave. Easy access to off street secure parking. Nice little touches including coffee, tea, snacks. Very clean and well looked after. No access to exercise area or similar which is a bit odd for modern core condo, but that is a building issue not the hosts.

A perfect Place to Stay in Calgary
We rented this well appointed property for a week's stay in Calgary. This apartment is kept pristine and has everything you need when travelling. The owners have thought of everything.
This is a perfect location, with an easy walk to either downtown or the Bow River pathways.
The bed is so comfortable that we slept soundly every night. That's important.
Vince, our host, was attentive, efficient and amicable.
Should we be returning to Calgary, this is the rental we will try to secure.

Excellent condo in a great location
We would definitely recommend staying at this condo. It is obvious the owners take pride in their second-home as it is spotless and well maintained. The unit is quiet and has everything you would need (the pictures are exactly as it looks). The underground parking spot is a must in this location although if you have a large vehicle, you may find the stall a bit tight. Vince was accommodating with check in and provided us with all the details we would need to make our stay comfortable. Thank you!
