Hello there, my name is Vince and my wife Margaret and I would love to host you at our lovely condo during your visit in Calgary.

This is our second home when we stay in downtown Calgary. We take great pride in keeping the place clean and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

My wife and I are always reachable via cell, text or email. On the first morning after checked in we'll send a quick message to see if any questions or concerns need to be addressed. Besides that we respect our guest(s)'s privacy so we won't initiate contact unless necessary, as such, please stay in good communication throughout the duration of your stay.

Drake is located in the Beltline district which was ranked by Avenue Magazine as the number one neighborhood in Calgary to live in. Drake has a high walk score of 96 which measures walkability by calculating the distance to amenities.

You will be welcomed with freshly laundered duvet covers, bed, bath, and kitchen linens upon your arrival.

This is our second home when we stay in downtown Calgary. We take great pride in keeping the place clean and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes this condo unique

Everything is within walking distance including Corbeaux, Parc, Cru, Una, National, The Ship and Anchor Pub. Also Analog Coffee, Caffe Beano, Waves Coffee, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, London Drugs, Shoppers Drug Mart, BestBuy, Safeway, Calgary Co-op, plus many other restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. Calgary Transit bus # 3 run along 17 ave every 15 mins. Calgary LRT (Light Rail Transit) is only a few blocks north.

A most obliging host

This condo has a gorgeous view looking south. The area is vibrant and has everything one needs within walking distance. It is also easy to walk downtown. The apartment was spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable. I was there for two weeks. The addition of a full length mirror and a small floor lamp would be welcome but those are very small quibbles. Vince is a very helpful host.

Perfect in every way!

This was an amazing condo in an unbelievable location. We felt comfortable and everything we wanted and needed was there. The owner Vince was friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is nothing negative I could say about the experience. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very good. Nice view and location, walking distance from downtown and bunch of nice pubs and restaurants nearby. Excellent kitchen. Owner is very nice and kind.

Beautiful and great location

This place was awesome and suited our needs very well. A very short walk to 17th, and all the amenities that go with that, enables guests to make the most of their stay.

Vince was so phenomenal to work with. At tentative, conscientious, and flexible, he made the whole process very easy.

I would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment in a great location

This apartment is located in a fantastic area in Calgary. 17 th Avenue is lively with great food and entertainment. Vince met us at the apartment, helped us get in to the garage, and escorted us up to the 16th floor. The views from the apartment were amazing. We were able to walk to some of Calgary's best sites and that included the Stampede grounds. The apartment is clean and well furnished. My only concern was the size. We asked 2 friends to stop by for a visit one evening. Seating is limited here. But, if I were visiting Calgary again, I would check on the availability.

Great location/superb unit!

I drive up from Montana a few times a year for extended weekends to catch a Flames game, and enjoy a bit of relaxation and all the dining/drinking options Calgary has to offer. While I have stayed at downtown hotels in the past, I decided to try a condo on this trip. The price was well below that of a nice hotel, and the property itself was outstanding. I was able to cook a quick meal when I felt like lazing about, or I could walk to one of the many eateries in the area--of which the variety of cuisines is excellent. The condo itself was immaculate and had everything I would expect of a vacation rental (and a bit more). The owner was great and walked me through the unit and explained all the quirky bits of the place. Not to be overlooked is the fact that there is a reserved underground parking space. It was nice to know that when I ventured further afield, I knew I would not have to search for parking when I returned.

The condo itself is not very big, but for one person or a couple it's perfect. Very open floor plan made all the space usable. I would most definitely stay here again on future trips if the opportunity arises .
