Great Philly Flat

  • 5 of 5

Our family visited one of my daughters for Thanksgiving in Philly. The place couldn't have been better. It even has protective child gates that came in handy for my two year old granddaughter. Thanks for helping us to have such a memorable Thanksgiving!

Lovely Home

  • 5 of 5

Great house for a family get away. Comfortably accommodated 6 adults and a 3 year old child. Child friendly. Clean, well decorated, colorful. Many museums, Whole Foods grocery store, good restaurants within walking distance. Parking on the street is difficult but parking garages at a reasonable price also with short walking distance. Met all of our needs and then some. Owner pleasant and responsive to all our questions. Highly recommended!

Lovely place, lovely stay

  • 5 of 5

My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating an early Thanksgiving in this home. Raina was prompt in correspondence, friendly and answered all of our questions. The home is in great condition and is in a lovely part of town.

We would, without a doubt, stay here again! Thank you!

Wonderful Home to Spend a Part of the Holidays!

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful stay! This was our first time renting a home through VRBO and our experience could not have been better! My family of 5 along with my parents stayed here on a short trip to get away and spend time together during the holiday season. We also wanted to explore the city of Philadelphia, which none of us had ever spent time in. Everything was quite lovely, from the living space to the bedrooms. Even the bathrooms were beautiful. The home was tastefully decorated, and the eclectic art displayed throughout was one of my favorite parts of the house. I loved that there was such diversity in the artwork displayed. The owner met us as we arrived and gave us a quick tour of the home and even helped my son hook up his PS-4. There was a leak that developed in the bathroom, and the owners were very responsive, having their handyman show up in a timely fashion,. He took care of the problem very quickly and was extremely nice and efficient. We loved our stay there and hope to return there when we visit again.

Well-located and beautiful home

  • 5 of 5

My husband, three children and I stayed here for the weekend. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. As the other reviews indicated, the bathrooms are a big hit! We walked to the Barnes Museum one day and the Rodin Museum the next day, stopping at Starbucks and Whole Foods to stock up on caffeine and groceries. There are bedrooms on 2 levels and a spacious eating area on the first floor. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets and the beds were very comfortable. Raina left takeout menus for us, which was very helpful for dinner one evening. She was accessible via text for any questions we had. Parking in the area is very tough, but we were able to squeeze our car into the house's small garage. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here!

pictures did not do justice-beautiful home

  • 5 of 5

We were in Philadelphia for a family wedding. During my initial walk through I was speechless; the house is just beautiful and more than I expected. I texted the rest of the family on how georgeous it was; letting them know that the pictures from the web did not do the house justice. My mother loved the shower heads and the bathroom on the first floor. When we left, she said 'bye' to her bathroom. Raina and her husband were very accomodating. We could not get any channels on the TV and they came to the house in the evening to take care of that for us. The first night there, they came out to help us get in and out of the garage and it was passed 11pm. They were wonderful!
