We visited A105 Brooktree and had an awesome time. The condo was spacious enough for all of us and our snow gear. The kitchen's fully stocked with equipment for stay-in meals. The Vail shuttle was a short walk away and ran on 20 minute intervals. It was real convenient to get to the town and mountain. Also, check out the Vail Yeti's if they're playing, lots of fun. I highly recommend.
Thanks for an amazing time in vail. Travelled from Australia with my wife and 8year old son. Brooktree has exceeded our expectations and location is awesome.
Fully self contained apartment to cook Xmas lunch and 2 large bedrooms with super comfy beds. Fire place was fitting for the Occassion.
Local free bus with 3 bus stops within a 3min walk means you can leave that car and get dropped right into town.
Thanks for making a bucket list trip so good. We will be back.
Oh and for those staying at Christmas time, we have left our Xmas tree in the cupboard for your pleasure and use.
Don't want to go home! Best Xmas ever!
The property is spacious and decorated with very nice taste. The location is perfect. Easy to get to places. Would recommend. We were there in the Summer and enjoyed the beautiful mountains to hike in.
From the ease of booking this location to the quick and prompt answers to any questions both before and after our arrival, this condo has definitely been an excellent choice for our stay in Vail. The location is perfect. You can walk to the Lionshead Village and Vail Village shops, it's less than a mile.
The condo itself is very nice and well worth the cost, we feel like we got an awesome deal given that it's not ski season. They have thought of "almost" everything; my only suggestion if you stay in the summer would be to maybe bring a fan of some sort. We were not aware that there is no AC, (didn't think to ask either) but it has not really been an issue as the temps have been mild and it gets down into the 40's at night. :) There are really nice window treatments that help keep the unit cool during the day. It's very close to the laundry facilities too. The kitchen is well stocked, the water pressure is good in the shower, and the welcome book upon arrival has all the information you need for your stay.
I would highly recommend staying here!
We decided on Vail for the 4th of July this year and found this lovely condo. It was exactly what we hoped it would be. It is walking distance to Lions head, a few minute drive to two grocery stores, affordable and spacious. When going back to Vail I would definitely look to stay here again.
Fantastic property. Great location in Vail. Highly recommend. We only ate breakfast in the room but would have liked oil and salt and pepper for other meals. There are no spices or cooking oil in the condo.
