Great time

  • 5 of 5

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation this is the spot for you. This cottage is exceptionally clean and met all our needs. The owners were very nice to work with and the house is centrally located to the beach and town. The neighborhood is very quiet and the cottage is well cared for. The store owners in town are so nice and so appreciative of your business. Several good places to eat that kid friendly.

Love it and would go back

CUTE, CLEAN & AFFORDABLE

  • 5 of 5

We stay in South Haven 3-4 times a year, and this was our first time at Stone's Throw...It will not be our last that's for sure!!! We were a bit skeptical because of the low price and the proximity to the beach and town, but this place did not disappoint. It was very nicely decorated, accommodating and super clean. The private yard offers something for everyone. Normally we stay a bit closer to beach, town and action, but we did enjoy the peace and quiet that this location offers. Everything is still walking distance though, and we did more walking than driving. The owners pay close attention to detail...from decorating to the handling of guests. They were very nice and thoughtful. We will be returning to this gem.

Quaint and homey

  • 5 of 5

My kids and I had a great time staying here. We were close to everything we wanted to do and yet had some of our best times just hanging out watching a movie, playing in the yard or talking on the porch. Highly recommend.

Excellent vacation

  • 5 of 5

Our family enjoyed our stay in South Haven. We loved the location of this home since it was only a few minutes drive to everything. The wagons and toys that were there for us worked out great so we didn't have to pack our own. Everything was clean and we loved the fenced backyard for the kids. We appreciate the owners checking on us throughout the week to make sure things were ok and if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

Great for kids!

  • 5 of 5

We had a fun long weekend in South Haven and loved staying at Stone's Throw. It was within walking distance to the park and beach, although we drove to the beach because we had so much stuff. It was about a 5 minute drive to downtown. Greg and Janine were very accommodating. The back yard had plenty of kids toys, they also had beach chairs and sand toys. The house was nicely set up. We plan to return!
