This beautifully furnished condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and gets lots of sun. Just walk out onto the terrace of the unit and view a magnificent garden of Palm trees and the intracoastal waterway. Step out on to the pool deck and a private stairwell from the deck leads you to a private beach. A short walk south on the beach or intracoastal walkway (just across the street) takes you to the Eau Hotel (formerly the Ritz Carlton) and the Plaza Del Mar shopping area.
The condo is 2 Bed 2 Full Bath, 1450 sq ft plus balcony in a full service ocean front bldg. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. The den/second bedroom has a queen sleeper and entrance to its own private bath and to terrace. The condo has an eat-in-kitchen that is fully equipped. The den/second bedroom now has a brand new Sony Bravia LCD 32 inch TV. Master bedroom has a new 32 inch Samsung Flat Screen Smart TV.
There is a large 70 ft long (420 sq ft) balcony overlooking the intracoastal waterway and a fabulous garden filled with Palm Trees and flowers. All rooms share the balcony through floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. The balcony is furnished with brand new and comfortable outdoor lounge chairs, tables and chairs. From the balcony you will enjoy the magnificent garden view of palm trees, flowers, a fountain and the intracoastal waterway...as well as the sunset.
The Barclay is situated on the ocean side of AIA just 0.5 miles north of the Eau Hotel and the Plaza Del Mar shopping center (walking distance). FOR TENNIS PLAYERS: Phipps Tennis park is 2-3 miles down the road on A1A and for GOLFERS: A public municipal course is also just 1.5 miles north of the condo on A1A. The Barclay also offers its own tennis court that sits on the north end of the pool deck.
Amenities include a 24 hour doorman, beautifully landscaped gardens and a 90,000 SF deck with full time maintenance staff and management on premises. There is free access to wireless internet in a communal living room/library and two complimentary computers for use at the lobby level in our computer room/business center. The business center has a photocopier, a fax and a conference table. Private wireless Internet is available within the condo unit as well.
There is a fully equipped gym (with updated fitness equipment), sauna, party room, card rooms, billiard room, game room, tennis court, hobby room, library, common area barbecue grill and gazebo with tables and chairs for barbecues, and direct access to the private beach from the pool deck.
There is a large outdoor heated lap pool (see enclosed photo). The condo includes enclosed assigned indoor parking as well as an overabundance of guest spots. All amenities included (Uverse cable TV and use of all facilities). Internet and land line telephone service are optional and are not included in the quoted monthly rent. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent and range between $30 - $70/mo depending on AC usage. The unit has a brand new water cooled AC unit, a brand new stove top and a brand new wall oven. It has recently been redecorated and has new draperies, slipcovers, sofas, area rugs, tiled flooring and new wall to wall carpeting in the master bedroom suite.
The condo is centrally located on South Ocean Blvd or AIA. It is a short walk to restaurants and shops. It is just 1/2 mile north of the famous John G restaurant at the Plaza del Mar shopping center. On Saturdays there is a wonderful public green market open at the Lake Worth Bridge, just one mile down the road to the north.
An ocean side 18 hole municipal par three golf course is two miles north on South Ocean Blvd. A beautifully gardened bike and walking path along the intracoastal waterway is just across the street and runs about 5 miles north and 10 miles south. A bike room is available for bicycle storage.
The condo is only a 15 min drive to City Place in West Palm Beach where one can find boutiques, dept. stores, movies and restaurants. It is a 10 min drive to downtown Palm Beach, Worth Ave and The Breakers Hotel, 20 minutes to Boca Raton and 15 minutes to charming Del Ray Beach. The Palm Beach International Airport is only a 15 minute drive (12 miles away).

The condo bldg and property has recently been redecorated....new carpeting in hallways, new wallpaper and new fixtures. The 90,000 SF pool deck and tennis court has been completely rebuilt and renovated.

Rental can begin anytime after January 1st, 2017. Seasonal rentals must be for a min of 3 months and must begin after January 1st, 2017. Rates are as follows: Seasonal (December 1st - May 1st) first three months are $4000 per month, fourth month $3500. Fifth through twelfth month @ $3250/mo or annual rent @ $3000/mo.

I spend my time swimming laps in our private pool, taking long walks on the beach, riding my bicycle along the intracoastal bike path for miles, eating out in Palm Beach's fabulous restaurants, taking trips to South Beach and Boca Raton, shopping on Worth Ave, having barbecues with friends under the Gazebo on our fabulous pool deck, playing golf at the nearby municipal golf course, visiting the Norton museum and galleries, attending concerts and theater at the Kravis Center and going to the movies at City Place in West Palm Beach.
7 miles to downtown Palm Beach and Worth Ave, 12 miles to PB Int. Airport, 12 miles to City Place, 2 miles to local golf course on AIA, 1/2 mile to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Plaza Del Mar shopping center (location for John Gs famous seafood restaurant), 15 miles to Boca Raton and 60 miles to Miami Beach. Tennis court located on premises and at a tennis park 3 miles north on AIA.
