With living areas on both levels this holiday property works well for families and overlooks parklands, with distant views of the river and ocean.

There is a child proof gate at the top the staircase for your child's safety.

Bedroom 1: Upstairs- Queen size bed, electric blanket, bedside tables x 2, built in wardrobe

Bedroom 2: Downstairs- Tribunk (single up, double on lower level), 1 x set double bunks (1 up, 1 down), chest of drawers, built in wardrobe

Linen: Not supplied. Doonas with covers and pillows with pillow protectors are supplied. You will need to byo bed and bath linen +beach towels. Alternatively local linen hire can be arranged if desired. Please contact office for details.

Bathroom: Downstairs- vanity unit, shower and toilet

Ensuite: Upstairs- vanity unit, shower and toilet

Lounge Rooom: Upstairs- with modular lounge/chaise, coffee table, 42" plasma TV

Heating/Cooling: Nobo wall heater upstairs in living areas, fin heater in bedroom 2 downstairs

Pets: Not permitted

Parking: 1 car space in front of unit (will accommodate medium sized boat). No Garage - there is a small storage space behind roller door.

Outdoor: Front balcony has gas BBQ, small table and seating for 4, enclosed rear garden area with clothes line

Accommodation Type: Self contained, not serviced - please note stairwell has an inclinator installed which may impact access with large suitcases.
