Very very nice

Very very nice and clean home! Plenty of room. New furniture. Third bedroom has twin beds with very thin mattresses-only for kids. Other two rooms have very comfortable large beds. Large pool. We had a wonderful vacation here!

You need to know Cape Coral though. It is not the tourist area that many other cities are. Half hour to any major shopping or restaurants. Half hour to a beach. Not a problem for us, but just something you should be aware of!

Wonderful Property

We really enjoyed staying in this home. The house and furnishings are lovely. The location is a good balance of far enough away to feel secluded and relaxed, but close enough to town to not feel like you have to drive forever to get anywhere. We didn't really have any issues, but knowing the property manager was only a few minutes away was nice. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Rates are for two adults plus children under age 12. Additional adult’s $75/wk high season and $50/wk standard/low season. Maximum occupancy of 8 guests. A refundable damage deposit of $400 is required OR a property damage protection insurance policy may be purchased for $79 that provides $3000 of accidental damage coverage on the home for the duration of your stay. If you elect to purchase the accidental damage insurance policy a $250 refundable deposit is required to cover non insured items (excessive energy usage). 11% Florida tax and a cleaning fee $200 will be added to the base rental rate. Rate includes $50/wk allowance for electricity, which is adequate for normal usage. Please note: use of the pool heater may add additional electricity usage charges.
