This home was nothing short of amazing!

My family and I just stayed at this beautiful home two weeks ago. All of us loved the home and everything there was to do in the surrounding area. If this were my home, I don’t think I could rent it out to anyone EVER, but thank god for the family that does own it and let’s others stay there for vacation. This house is stunning, from the custom kitchens and bathrooms to the pool and bar area outside. My family fished on the dock out back every morning, swam in the pool every day and ate dinner at the outside dining area almost every night. We will be going back ASAP!! Thank you for letting us vacation in your AMAZING home. The Brooks family

Wow this house was just amazing.

Let me start by saying this home is very clean and the amenities are fantastic . We took our family vacation during mini lobster season, we had a total of 4 families and there was plenty of room to move around and not feel to crowded. We also brought our 30ft boat and there was plenty of room to moor on his private dock and the marina/boat dock is just around the corner. Access to the open water is very easy to get to and sombrero beach is just at the road.. so very convenient to visit by vehicle.

The kids of course loved the pool, my son-in-law and grand daughter enjoyed the 2 kayaks that he allows you to used , there are also 2 paddle boards you can venture out on.

We spent a lot of time at the outdoor kitchen and bar.

Convenient shopping and great restaurants are very close to this home. To visit the Key deer is just a short drive to Pine Key and it's a must the kids loved seeing and petting them.

The living room area is kinda small but it wasn't a problem because we spent most our time outside enjoying the pool, fishing and lobstering.

The down stairs apartment makes it awesome for the family that may need more privacy , your in the same home but at the same time have your own space fully equipped with washer and dryer, dishwasher and fridge.

Bill is very easy to get ahold of and responds quickly.

I would highly recommend this home.

We had zero issues with this rental, with the exception of the downstairs apartment air condition not really keeping up during the day , it stayed about 76-77 during the day but would cool off to 73 at night. But we just figured that it was the hottest part of the summer.

It wasn't bad enough to complain about .. and in no way inconvenienced us or ruined our trip ..

Hope this helps anyone looking to use this home. Trust me .. you won't be disappointed .

Our family could not be more pleased! This place is awesome. Everything we needed for a fun, relaxing week was in this home. The house is luxurious and convenient to everything. We will definitely be making this home a "HomeAway" when we come back to Marathon.

Beautiful Home

The home is as nice as it was described. The owner is great to work with, he is very responsive to emails. The home has very nice furniture, linens and is overall very clean. The pool was so nice that it was hard to get everyone to leave it to go to the beach. Great location close to the grocery stores, and the beach. We had six couples in the house and it never felt crowded. It was fun to see the iguanas everyday come by the pool. We used the outdoor kitchen a lot. We all had a great week.

Beautiful, fun home made for an excellent vaction

I stayed in this home with my family and friends the first weekend in march. Needless to say, this home made for the ultimate vaction experience. It was a great combination of relaxing comfort, mixed with fun activites and entertainment. For starters, my boyfriend and I are in a pool league, so having an outdoor pool table made for fun competitive evenings. The pool and hot tub were amazing to relax in, while friends cooked burgers, hot dogs and other meals using the outdoor kitchen. On the days where we didnt feel like leaving the home, we had the option to drop kayaks off the back dock into the canal. We saw all kinds of birds and beautiful homes on our exploration through the canals (just make sure to bring the map!!) The home was incredibly spacious, yet cozy at the same time. The middle balcony was a great area to escape the morning sun and sip on coffee and mimosas. The upper-most patio opened up to they sky and made stargazing breathtaking. We even saw a shooting star. Once our trip had ended....such a sad day

...we left in such a rush. I left behind, quite a few articles of clothing. The owner and cleaning lady were kind enough to ship all my items back out to me. This home is a great getaway, especially for large groups. I will absolutely be recommending this place to friends, and i will 100% make it a point to return in the future.

We have found our new forever

The house is amazing, everything you could ever possibly want! But is not just that. Dealing with the owner makes this property. It's no stress quick and easy. Bill know what people want. The house is easy access to all the sites and stores, yet you feel like your on and island.

This is our new yearly place.
