Completely and newly renovated, fully stocked, three story townhouse! Enjoy Every season from this beautiful unit. Watch beautiful mountain sunsets from the patio. Literally steps from the slopes, just grab your gear and ski right down the mountain!! Parking is directly in front of the unit, no hiking necessary!

Enjoy all the fun the area has to offer year round!! From camelback skiing in winter, Camelbeach waterpark in the summer, Camelback adventures to horseback riding, ATV riding, Mount Airy casino, tons of shopping, fishing, kayaking and canoeing at the Delaware water gap...every season is AMAZING in the poconos, there is no way you will ever be bored!!!

If you want to drive about 15 minutes you can go buy day passes at the new Kalahari waterpark!! Why spend $500-600/night there when you can buy day passes and come home to a three story townhouse!

Enjoy the community amenities including; indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, indoor and outdoor tennis, and basketball court. This is a gated community with 24 hour security.

Our unit is a three story townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is a beautiful loft bedroom with a Queen size bed and private bath. The main floor has a brand new kitchen which is fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay; dishes, flatware, new pots & pans, blender, toaster, keurig coffee maker with coffee pods supplied, microwave, dishwasher... we have it all!!! There is a Half bath on the main floor. Enjoy the wide open living area with huge vaulted ceilings. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace on cold winter nights or sit on the patio and watch the beautiful mountain sunset. The living area is complete with a new 55" LED flat screen, as well as a DVD player and apple TV. If that doesn't keep you entertained enjoy playing one of our many board and card games. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and the other has a Queen bed as well as a day bed which also has a pull out trundle bed underneath. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's with cable and all rooms have air conditioning units. This unit sleeps 8 perfectly but we also have a queen size air mattress as well as a twin air mattress.

Linens and towels are supplied. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH/POOL TOWELS. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which guests will have full access to.

Have a baby? So do we! The townhouse is not baby proof but we supply a pack n play, high chair booster seat, and baby gates are available.

You can enjoy all the local actives including Camelback ski resort, tubing, the new mountain coaster, zip lining, free fall, and Camelbeach. The Crossings Outlets are 3 minutes away. We are 5 miles from Mt Airy Casino. Enjoy kayaking or rafting at the Delaware water gap, flea markets, horse back riding, hiking, fishing, ATV rentals , and soooooo much more!!! Or just sit down and enjoy the beautiful mountain view!

Our unit is ski-in/ski-out, we are steps from the mountain!!!

Why Kristen Allen chose Tannersville

My husband and I have been skiing CAMELBACK for several years. We always hated spending money on a motel room, we wanted to enjoy the full Pocono "experience". Five years ago I said I wanted to buy a vacation home right on the mountain so we could ski all day and then enjoy a beautiful cozy ski house at the end of the day. It took us some time to get here but we did. We are so happy that we've finally done it and we are looking forward to sharing our dream with others.

What makes this townhome unique

We looked at several units but this one stood out... Parking directly in front of the unit was very important to us, as well as being able to walk up a flight of stairs and ski-in/ski-out. The icing on the cake is the amazing view from the patio. We are pretty high up on the mountain and the sunsets will take your breath away. Our view is not a view of another building, but an amazing view of the mountains in the distance.

Very comfortable townhouse with great views of the Poconos

Up on the side of Camelback Mountain, this was a great place to stay in late fall. It has three levels with two comfortable bedrooms on the lower level, kitchen and living/dining on the main level and a large loft bedroom above. Kristen was a fantastic host, providing lots of information about the area and promptly responding to any inquiries. The fact that she really cared about her guests made all the difference.

SO MUCH FUN IN THE FALL!

Wow! So close to the mountain with breath taking views. I am coming back after the first good snowfall for sure! You need it, it's there you want it- Kristen makes it happen. We never rented a place before but so happy we did. Everything you want to do is right there. So comfy we made ourselves at home. We are now ready for Halloween -Camelback/Tannersville knows how to set the mood.

TRICK OR TREAT?: defiantly a TREAT staying here.

Simply Amazing!

From the time that I booked the rental, Kristen was very helpful, and extremely detailed, with her suggestions of what we could do in the area. It was our first time in the Poconos and her help was greatly appreciated because we didn't know where to go or what to do. The home is very clean and well-maintained. Everything about the home was comfortable and cozy. We didn't have to bring anything except some food to eat and clothes to wear. Everything you could think of that you would need while there was already there (including great wi-fi...the kids were happy). And the scenery from the patio was amazing! It was nice to just sit and look at the beautiful fall foliage or take a small walk around the property. We would definitely come back here!

Perfect Getaway!

This property is truly a home away from home! We were 3 couples looking to spend a fun weekend in the mountains and we feel truly lucky to have found this place.

The home is immaculate, cozy and absolutely perfect for whatever you may have in mind – whether its vegging out at home lounging by the wood fireplace or going to waterparks (Camelbeach Resort is literally down the road), casinos or checking out the local restaurant and bar scene. We did all of the above and couldn’t be happier with the comfort as well as the location and easy access to everything.

And what can I say about Kristen that hasn’t already been said by everyone here! She’s absolutely incredible – made each step of the whole process actually fun. From the time I first connected with her to rent the home till the end of the vacation, she made herself completely available for anything, big or small. Her attention to detail and going out of her way to making sure her guests are comfortable is a rare quality and something to be applauded. Kudos girl!

Overall, a really great experience and we can’t wait to be back in ski season!

Well maintained, welcoming, family friendly.

We planned a last minute, before back to school vacation. Looked at several homes in this area, and this fit the bill for value and space and amenities. The homeowner is quite responsive, and she fit us in between other rentals and we were very grateful. The home is well maintained and is well situated as a base for a vacation in the Camelbeach/Camelback/outlet shops. We were not far from grocery stores, Target, chain restaurants, and local restaurants, including a really good soul food restaurant. The homeowner also provides a ton of information if you aren't familiar with the area which was very helpful to our family. The housing development has tennis courts/pools, etc., but we never used them, since we spent most of our days out. We had young kids with us, and they were happy to have wifi and some of their cable channels to watch after the long days. We would definitely recommend this home, and would rent it again ourselves.

AMAZING!!!!

Just finished a week at this AMAZING home with our two young boys (6 & 8) and we can’t say enough great things about the house, the location, or the owner! This house was exactly as advertised - we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Poconos area.

First off, Kristen is INCREDIBLE!!! We have stayed at several homes via VRBO and Kristen is by far the most genuine, fun and enthusiastic host we have come across! She sent a tonne of information about the area and things to do and no questions were left unanswered. When planning a vacation, we always struggle with what to do and spend hours upon hours researching things to keep everyone happy, Kristen’s help not only reduced our research time, it was key to us having a fun and fulfilling week! (listen to her recommendations!)

If you haven’t been to the Poconos area before (like us) you will be pleasantly surprised by the numerous things to do close to this home - horseback riding, waterparks, mountain zip lining, mountain coaster, train rides, shopping – the list goes on and on!

Recently renovated (as advertised) and well cared for, the house is VERY clean and EVERYTHING you could think of needing on a vacation is provided (too many things to list – read the overview)! It is also extremely comfortable to stay at, so much that there were several times I forgot I wasn’t in my own home! Aside from the benefits of having a full kitchen and laundry there are also several community amenities available (swimming, tennis, gym) and the house is so close to town, yet far enough away to offer privacy and quiet. This home really does offer the best of everything!

All in all, this was one of our best VRBO experiences and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Kristen again!
