Great location. Easy in and out. Cute and functional.
The location is amazing, especially when the Celtics or Bruins are in season. Easy to get in and out, big patio and plenty of living space. Two bathrooms are a huge plus.
Here is where the review turns a bit. A/C broke twice during trip and we sweated like crazy and got very little sleep. They fixed it and then a day later it broke again.
Beds are lumpy / have indentions worn into them. Furniture in both bedrooms is oversized for the space, so getting around in the room is a bit of a challenge.
Thank you for letting us know about your recent experience with us. We apologize for aspects of the room that did not meet expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. Your comments regarding the A/C and beds will be shared with our operations team so that they may address these items. Again, please accept our apology. We hope to have another opportunity to better host you.
clean and centrally lcated
The unit was comfortable .The lighting should be improved.
Great location! Clean, quiet and well cared for. Would definitely stay here again!
Great space for family visiting Boston
Clean, modern, well-furnished apartment located minutes from The Garden, Charlestowne and the North End. My family of 4 was very comfortable in this great space. We saw a Celtics game literally across the street, walked to Charlestown to see the Constitution, walked to the North End for great meals, and had access to other parts of Boston via the North End T station, literally beneath the building. Really appreciated the controlled access as a managed property. Only minor complaints - a couple of lighting issues. All else very well done. We would use this unit again.
Hi Robert! We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your accommodations. We will notify our operations team about the lighting issues so they may be addressed immediately. We appreciate your feedback. Thank you for choosing our property and we look forward to welcoming you back.
Good location, well cared for, comfortable
This property is exactly as shown in photos. It was clean, spacious, well appointed, and conveniently located. The North Station for the T is right next door, and there are many bars, restaurants, and convenience stores located within a four-block radius. We were also within easy walking distance to North End bakeries and restaurants and Quincy Marketplace. Beds were comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a plus. In the minus column, one issue was the street noise. On our first night, it was not a problem, but on the second night, there was a game at TD Garden, and the honking and yelling/talking/laughter was non-stop for a few hours. The only other issue was the lack of parking. We ended up parking at the Government Center (short walking distance) but paid $70 dollars for the two nights. If you don't have a car, obviously not a concern. That said, we would stay here again.
Stay at 101 Canal
Overall we thought this was a great place to stay. It was close to lots of things to do and access to trains was easy. Only minor things wrong with the condo, bedroom tv didn’t work, both bathrooms had lights not working making them darker and the washer was broken so when we tried to wash some towels we couldn’t. None of these items were critical and certainly didn’t ruin our stay. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Boston.
Thank you Angie for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We apologize for aspects of the room that were not up to standard. Your comments regarding the bedroom TV, bathroom lights and broken washer will be forwarded to our operations team to address immediately. We appreciate your feedback as it has helped us to identify the areas where improvement is needed. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again.
