Professionally decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath town home, with splash pool next to the club house. Located in the Serenity section of Dream Resort. This beautiful home is conveniently located and affordably priced and just a few miles to the gates of Disney!

You will love this vacation home featuring a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area which seats 6 is conveniently located next to the kitchen and close to the nicely appointed living area. Free high speed wireless internet, free local, long distance US, Canada and Mexico phone calls! The first floor features a queen bedroom with TV and shared bath. A second floor boasts the king master suite with access to the second floor balcony to relax and enjoy the view. This bedroom also has a flat panel TV and private bath. The second bedroom on the second floor offers twin beds, one with a trundle and a flat panel TV and a private bath as well. Our family stayed at this property for 8 nights and I have mixed feelings. While the home is nice there were some issues. Some stuff were broken (which I advised the property management right away) but while we were there maintenance did not come by. Our first night we were greeted with a dead cockroach in the kitchen which shocked us but it is understandable that these things can happen in hot climate places. Suggestion: have someone look around the property before clients arrive not everyone is excepting in seeing insects like that. The area is very woodsy and there will be animal critters lingering around at night so be aware especially with children. The home had everything you would need during your stay but I would also like to suggest again to the owner or property mgt to have some kind of instructions on how to operate the numerous TV remotes not every visitor lives is the USA and the TV cable differs in other countries. One last thing be aware that even through the parking spaces are assigned to each property you do have those that are not considerate and will park in your space regardless which for us was not acceptable. I think our next rental will be a property with its own driveway.


I used the contact numbers that were listed on my email from Premier Resort Properties LLC. I think you should contact them because in my opinion they weren't very helpful when I did tell them about the problems.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments. We are wondering who you reported broken items to as we do not have record of being contacted. We have multiple contact methods so we are sorry we didn't receive your notice. We treat all homes for pests and while we are sorry you encountered a dead bug it does mean that the treatment works. If a bug comes in contact with the treatment it will die but it does not mean that our homes are not inspected, it simply means the treatment is working. You are correct, the community is in a beautiful setting with lots of nature around it which guests really like. Thank you for your comment about TV remotes, we have never had a comment about their operation previously but will consider your suggestion. Lastly, three are 2 parking places assigned to each property, again if we were notified we could have contacted the home owners association to address this. Thank you. UPDATED We provide multiple phone numbers and emails and are very responsive should we be contacted. Thank you

When we arrived at this townhouse at 10:00pm on March 17 for a one week stay, it had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels in all the bathrooms, all the beds were unmade, there was a mess in the kitchen, etc. Also, the king-size bed in the master bedroom had been broken. Needless to say, we were shocked. We called the main number for iTrip and were told someone would call us back. A long story short, we were contacted by the cleaning service and they apologized and told us they would set us up in another townhouse, but just for the night. We drove over to the new townhouse and it had a strong smell of fresh paint, PLUS, the air conditioning didn't work and it was stifling, about 90 degrees, so we called Itrip again. By this time, it’s about 11:00pm. They said they would get a service person to call us back. We had to go to Walmart to buy some supplies and the service person called to say they could come between midnight to 1:30am, we said no thank you and they called us back and said someone could be there in 40 minutes. He got the airconditioning to work and then he left around 12:30am in the morning. We went to bed shortly after, exhausted. About an hour after that, the air conditioning stopped working again and we were back to 90 degrees!

We had been told by the cleaning lady that she would clean our original rental at 6:30am the next day and have it ready for us by 10:00am, so we headed over there at 10:15am, it was still not ready. We went back about 45 minutes later and there was a man still there fixing the broken bed. By the time we were all settled in to our original home, it was almost noon!

Once we settled in, we realized that the photo that shows two twin beds (which is something I look for when booking a home) was not as shown in the photo. One of the twin beds had been turned into a bunk bed, so this was not going to work for us, another disappointment. The ice maker in the fridge was broken and maintenance did not know how to fix it, so we had to go and buy ice for the week. In total, we lost about half a day of our vacation..

When we got home from our holiday, we contacted the owner twice and got no response either time, so we contacted VRBO. They said that we need to contact the owner, which we told them we had done to no avail. We tried contacting the owner a third and fourth time and still got no response.

A very disappointing experience. We will not use VRBO again!
