Just perfect

We didn't want to leave! This beautiful home was the perfect escape for our family!

The yard is great for kids. You can enjoy a glass of wine on the back deck while the kids run around and roll in the grass. We had dinner outside and rang the bell with the sunset!

The bedrooms are very comfortable with perfect sunlight peaking in each morning. You can have a little time to yourself by watching television in each bedroom as well as the living room. The house has a zen feel that is extremely comforting. The window seat is such a special spot in the house. We had to take turns because we all wanted to relax there!

The location is perfect. We walked to Gosman's and did some shopping down by the dock.

This is a special place that you want to keep special! The owner cares about her home and is wonderful to work with. She makes it your home for the time you are there. We miss it already!

Great house! We're coming back!

This home far exceeded our expectations. The pictures simply don't do it justice. This house has everything you need to feel at home immediately. The French doors open fully so it feels like you're sitting outside while drinking coffee at the kitchen table. There is an indoor/outdoor speaker system, so we were able to grill on the deck while listening to the football game. There are beach chairs and corn hole in the basement. The private beach to this home is the perfect size and so close. We visited at night to see the incredible starry sky and during the day for beach games and relaxation. The bedrooms are adorable. The bathrooms are gorgeous! The kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances (coffee maker, stove, crockpot). The outdoor shower was such a lovely way to start each day. My favorite little surprise about the house was the window seat in the family room that is loaded with pillows and great to curl up with a book or watch tv sitting in the sunshine. I absolutely recommend spending your time away here!

Our home is located in a residential neighborhood 450 feet from long island sound with private beach rights. It is walking distance from some of the best restaurants in Montauk.

It is close proximity to the train station, walking distance.

The dock area is less than a mile away with some of the best fishing in the area.
