Amazing 4 bedroom home in Silicon Valley, well located nearby major companies and shopping centers. Google headquarters straight up the road. Caltrain station only 0.7 miles away from home, and only a 30 min ride to San Jose or San Francisco Airport. Within walking distance to a skate park, basketball court, and aquatics-community center Mountain View. Within 6 min from Safeway, Starbucks, Walmart, Target, etc.. Home features an outdoor patio; seats up to 6 people.

Home is located within walking distance to Caltrain station; tracks run behind our home causing a bit of noise. However guests tend to adjust to the noise after their first or second night.

This spectacular home will "wow" you. Constructed in 2012, this four bedroom home has been professionally decorated and completely equipped with everything you need, including linens, towels, bedding, kitchen tools, dishes, glasses, etc.

You will be staying in a home filled with charm and style. The open family room/dining room/kitchen makes it for a very social gathering place. If you desire to catch up on your favorite novel, the living room is the place to be. Grab a blanket, cup of coffee, lift those legs and relax.

Three bedrooms are upstairs include one master with king bed, one queen room and one room with two single (twin) beds. Downstairs is a fourth bedroom with two single beds adjacent to a full bath.

The home features two 50+ inch high def TVs with cable programming and internet connectivity. Internet / wifi is 100+ Mbps.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and grounds, including outdoor patio. Note: The garage is currently unavailable, there's parking available on the driveway and street.

Interaction with Guests

As hosts, we are very responsive to guests needs yet allowing you to enjoy your privacy. We are not on site; however, we are nearby and just a call, text, or email away.

Other Things to Note

You are renting a fully equipped Executive home. Bed linens, towels, cookware, utensils, etc. are all included. Home includes laundry washer & dryer, and full sized garage. High-speed wifi, cable HDTV are also provided.

* No pets. No smoking. Some common sense rules include but are not limited to 1) no parties/events 2) Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol and taking out their own trash 3) Garage openers, passes, pool keys etc. (if applicable) must stay at the property (fees for removal apply).

* Reservation Changes: For moves of the same duration, there is no change fee if we receive your request more than 30 days prior to arrival. Within 30 days, a $200 change fee applies. Guests are responsible for any price increase for the new nights. Cancellation fees may apply for moves more than 30 days from original arrival date. Only one change will be accepted without cancellation fees.

* Reservation may not be resold or sublet. Only the persons/group identified at the time of booking are allowed to stay at the property.

* Stays of 3 weeks or more require cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional $150 charge per cleaning.

* Bookings of 30 days or more and not subject to tax fee. Please disregard the tax fee on quotes longer than 30 nights.

* Renter must be age 25 or older. No one under the age of 25 is permitted to be at the property without a 25-or-older guest also present. Renter may be required to sign a separate rental agreement with the property manager upon booking.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
