The first bedroom is located on the main floor with 2 twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. The second floor contains the master bedroom with a king bed and full bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twins with a full bath.
During ski season a shuttle service to and from Stratton Mountain is available free of charge. Snow plowing and wood for the fireplace are also included
Our family is from the Boston area. We have 3 boys, 9, 12 and 17. We have owned our place for over 17 years. We bought this place because we wanted to get away as a family. Because of the availability of all the outdoor activities, this was perfect for our lifestyle.

This condo has provided a sanctuary for our family for years. We love to play tennis and swim at the pool. The open fields allowed for great wiffle ball games and football. We are also close to a number of lakes where we have enjoyed boating, swimming, and fishing. In the winter, we are also so close to a number of ski mountains.
This family friendly environment is conducive to building relationship and memories to last a lifetime.
During the winter we offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the mountain. Snow plowing and firewood are also included.
During the summer kids love to play in the field, swim in the pool and use the tennis courts. Because there is a stream coming down the mountain, kids have enjoyed hours of fun frog hunting.
This Bear Creek Condominium is conveniently located at the corner of Rte 30 and Rte 100, just 2 miles from Stratton Mountain access road.

We rent our unit for $12,000 for the ski season + utilities + a $200 cleaning fee. We require a $500 deposit as well, which is returned at the end of the season after inspection.
Our rental agreement terms are as follows; 50% is due within 10 days of signing the contract and the remainder is due 30 days prior to the start of the rental
