This magnificent Winnipesaukee home is perfect for a memorable family vacation. It has wonderful outdoor space with 120’ of waterfront, a 45’ permanent dock, perched sandy beach, sandy swimming area, custom outdoor patio, a gently sloping lawn perfect for outdoor games, a deck with patio furniture, 2 gas grills and gorgeous views of beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee.

You will feel comfortable and relaxed in this wonderful vacation home. The home is 3226 sq. ft. and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, gas fireplace, cable, Wi-Fi, central air, heat, a 60” HD TV in the family room plus 3 bedroom flat screens, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you’ll need. The main floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining area with table seating for 10, open living room, large family room surrounded by windows with a HD wide screen TV and amazing views of the lake. The lower level offers 2 large bedrooms, a bar room complete with a 42” wide screen TV, granite wet bar, an additional full sized ‘Coca-Cola’ restaurant-style beverage refrigerator, ¾ bath and full walkout to the shaded patio, backyard and lake Winnipesaukee!

The house is located on a quiet dead-end street and is 14 minutes to Gunstock Mtn. for zip-lining and other activities in the summer, and cross-country, tubing and skiing in the winter. Hiking at Mt. Major is 20 minutes away, outlet shopping, restaurants, and other area attractions are also all just minutes away. The home is perfect for family gatherings, snowmobiling, sightseeing, fishing or just a quick weekend getaway with family and friends.

In the summer, this property is perfect for swimming, fishing, boating or use as home base for other New England adventures. In the winter, enjoy skiing, pond hockey, ice fishing and snowmobiling. We are located across the street from a major state snow mobile route, route 15, providing access to all parts of New England.

Lastly, a few things you will want to know. There is a powered boat lift attached to the dock. The lift is fitted to the specific hull design and size of our boat and it does require some instruction and experience to operate safely. For the safety of your boat and our personal property, it will unfortunately not be available for use during your stay however, there is still plenty of room to dock your boat and a few wave runners on other parts of the dock. In addition, we have installed heavy duty docking cleats, docking whips, and rope with built in "snubbers" to absorb and soften the waves created by passing boats.

We also have a very strict no pets and no smoking policy due to severe allergies that exist in our family.

Our goal is for all of our guests to have a truly memorable experience and we hope you consider our home for your vacation - spring, summer, winter or fall.

3 Night Stay minimum on all off-peak Long Holiday Weekends including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving etc.

Preferred payment methods include bank checks and personal checks. We do accept credit cards however there is an additional 3% charge from the credit card company.

We have enjoyed taking family vacations at Lake Winnipesaukee for years now and have been looking for a place of our own for quite some time. We were thrilled when we came across this property, in this location. We know we will enjoy it for years to come and are excited to share it with you to enjoy as well.

Why Lisa & Don chose Lake Winnipesaukee Area

My husband grew up vacationing on Lake Winnipesaukee with his family and after buying a boat on the lake a few summers ago, we knew we just had to find a home here. We chose this property because of its location and proximity to all the lake has to offer. It is close to so many area attractions, great restaurants, shopping and convenient to Rte. 93. The home is also very close to grocery shopping (Hannaford and Shaw's) just 10 minutes away.

Grocery stores and major shopping areas are all just minutes away but when you are here, you feel like you are miles away. The house offers all the modern amenities of home with air conditioning for the summer, baseboard heat and a gas fireplace for the winter. It is big enough for large groups to gather and offers plenty of space for people to find a quiet place of their own if needed. The house can accommodate large groups very well and the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house so folks can have their own space and privacy. This home is located on a quiet, residential, dead end street - perfect for a relaxing getaway with family and friends.

What makes this house unique

We love the views from our yard looking out across the lake. We love the gently sloping lawn down to the lake and are really happy with the amount of usable outdoor space. It offers plenty of sunshine for those looking to sunbathe or swim, and also a lot of shaded space provided by our covered patio and shade trees in the yard. The house was built on a double lot offering 120' of water frontage and a huge lawn for lawn games and relaxing. We enjoy watching the activity on the water during the day and love the peaceful mornings and evenings at the property. If you're an early bird, you will love watching the sun rise over Belknap Mountain (Gunstock) and onto the lake - it is truly stunning and something you just have to see.

Amazing Lakefront Home!

This is an amazing property!. The house was immaculate, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the rooms were spacious yet cozy, and the layout was great. We loved having breakfast at the large pub top table and sitting by the fire pit at night. The view is breathtaking and the yard is very spacious and great for playing lawn games! The location is perfect (close to restaurants, hiking, entertainment and stores).

The owners (Lisa and Don) were wonderful to work with. They made the process easy for us. They were very attentive, helpful and responsive. We will be back!!

Beautiful lake home getaway

This is truly a beautiful home and the view is incredible! Everything was immaculately clean and so cozy. There was plenty of space for our 10 guests that were staying there and we had a weekend we won't forget! From booking the reservation and through the weekend, the owners were wonderful and always responded quickly to our messages. The instructions about the home were very clear also. I would recommend this house very highly. The lake front is perfect and in the winter the snowmobile trails are literally right across the street out of the driveway! The local grocery store was just a 10 minute drive also. Everything we needed for a perfect weekend!

Great family destination!

This was our second stay at this property and it was prefect for our extended family ice fishing trip. Very spacious, modern and comfortable. Home is in a quite neighborhood but very close to downtown. Homeowners are wonderful to work with and extremely accommodating to your reasonable requests. No waiting for a reply via email or phone. We get a kick out of the "Take one, leave one" refrigerator too. Would recommend this property to anyone! The two young Eagles were awesome to watch right out the front living room window! Thanks Lisa and Don!

Great for a winter getaway.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this house while playing in the pond hockey classic on Winnipesaukee and it was great! You feel like you are at home as soon as you walk through the door. The gas fire place was key in warming our cold bones and hockey equipment between games. There is a great sunroom with enough space for all eight of us to stretch out and watch movies with the beautiful views of the lake in the back drop. At night we moved down stairs to the bar where we had a few drinks to loosen sore muscles while we watched the bruins on the flat screen. The owners are great to deal with and the house is spotless. If you are looking for a spot for a big group to get together this is the one. This place is great in the winter and I’m sure it’s even better in the summer, I would love to sit out on the dock with a drink in one hand and a fishing pole in the other.

We are a 12 minute drive to Church Landing, Lago, Camp, all in Meredith for lunch, dinner and shopping (20 minutes by boat) We are 10 minutes to Weirs Beach and the Weirs Beach Drive in. Enjoy Hiking at nearby Mount Major (20 Minutes). Check out Fun Spot, Monkey Trunks and mini-golf all within a 10 minute ride. Gunstock Ski area is also just 9 miles and 17 minutes away, great for skiing or zip-lining in the summer!
