Perfect Family Home in a Wonderful Neighborhood

We rented Mike and Cindy's Cape Coral home for the month of March, 2017. We immediately felt right at home and knew that our month would pass much too quickly. We had three separate visits by family and the home worked out perfect for all of them. Everyone truly enjoyed the salt water pool and spa. The upstairs family room/bedroom area is wonderful. The privacy that the upstairs offered our guests made their stay much more enjoyable. The large dining room table was a perfect size for dining and for playing Mexican Train for hours at night. The home is very comfortable and relaxing and couldn't be better situated as far as grocery shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. The two bicycles were an added bonus, especially since the home is just feet away from a parkway with a walking/biking lane.

We did have a couple of questions/issues, but nothing that interfered with our enjoyment and Mike was always quick to get back to us with an answer or a solution.

It is a beautiful home and we would definitely rent it again.

The property was beautiful the pictures on the Internet did not do it justice you really have to see

When we read a bad review a month before we came we were a bit scared but the property was nothing like the review said it was beautiful . The place is well kept clean and a relaxing scenery. We would definitely stay there again !! The owner was very nice and answered all his calls !!!

Renter beware

Renter beware. Property is not what it appears. After the initial impression that it is lovely , you realize that it is not what it seems. Home is filthy It is completely flea infested. We woke up covered in fleas. I still gag remembering. Although we were told that fleas are a huge issue in FL. But we did not have this problem at the next property we rented

House is poorly stocked. Management is unresponsive. We ran out of propane and couldn't cook. It took 2 days for management to address

And the final icing on the cake , $700 was deducted from our sec deposit for various utilities that we were unaware of and are not part of our rental contract. We are filing a claim in small claims court.

Owner's Response: Isn't it a shame that that when a person doesn't read there contract that it's all always someone else us fault. This tenant turned the pool heater on and didn't know enough to turn it off when they were done using it, so they ran out of propane. The property is cleaned ever time a tenant leaves by a professional cleaning company and there is a professional pest control company that comes in monthly and has for the last three years. Meget pen bolig!

Vi var 4 voksne og 4 barn som tilbrakte 14 nydelige dager i dette huset. Tiden gikk altfor fort. Med 4 soverom og 4 bad var dette en perfekt bolig for oss. Boligen tilfredsstilte våre forventninger utfra beskrivelse og standart. Huset var stort, rent og veldig pent. I andre etasje var det en stue med en stor behagelig sofa et mindre "spillebord" soverom med altan, garderobe og bad. Ellers var resten på plan 1. Huset lå i ett trygt strøk med vennlige naboer og vi følte oss veldig trygge. Bassenget ble fort varmet opp med gass og var en passelig størrelse for våre 4 barn i alder 3,6,8 og 12 år, til og med for oss voksne. Med to sykler i garasjen hadde vi noen fine turer til butikkene. Publix(litt dyrere) lå bare et par km unna og Walmart ca 6 km unna. Ellers var det en fin lekeplass i nærheten og marinaen var også bare en liten gåtur unna. Mike svarte godt og raskt på spørsmålene våre, og agenten Ingrid kom innom med mange tips og var veldig behjelpelig. Vi hadde biler som vi anser som et must på et slikt sted:-)

Kjøkkenet var stort og flott og hadde alt vi kunne trenge.

Vaskerommet var stort, men syntes ikke vaskemaskinen var tilstrekkelig god til å rengjøre plaggene. Bolig tilfredsstilte våre forventninger utfra flotte bilder og anbefales!

Vi var på Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach og Naples. Alle strendene var nydelige men de to sistnevnte var nok våre favoritter. Ellers er det mange kjøpesentre og outlet rundt i nærheten. Anbefaler Sanibel outlets, miromar(naples) og Eddison Mall.

Wunderschönes Haus in Top Lage

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen über Weihnachten 2016.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was benötigt wird.

Es ist, wie beschrieben, ausgestattet mit 4 Schlafzimmern und vier Bädern.

Einzig ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad liegen nicht beieinander. Das ist das Poolbad.

Das dazugehörende Schlafzimmer liegt am anderen Ende des Hauses.

Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig. Alle Räume bieten genügend Platz.

Für amerikanische Verhältnisse ist nur der Aussenbereich etwas beengt.

Es ist ein Tisch für 6 Personen vorhanden jedoch nur Platz für 2 Liegen.

Es standen zwei Fahrräder zur Benutzung zur Verfügung. Das war sehr angenehm.

Auch liegt das Haus in Gehweite von Cape Harbour.

Der einzige große Nachteil ist der mit Propangas beheizte Pool.

Auf Grund der Gasheizung ist er zwar sehr schnell warm, aber am Ende

des Urlaubes kommt dann die große Gasrechnung. Leider ist das auf keiner

Buchungsseite vermerkt.

Der Kontakt zum Property Manager war sehr angenehm.

Bei Fragen wurde uns schnell geantwortet.

Alles in allem ist das Haus empfehlenswert.

With direct access to a salt water canal, you are minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and Fort Meyers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva.

If you prefer a day at home, relax on the screened-in lanai and enjoy the heated pool and spa. The home includes use of a large flat-screen television with BluRay. Televisions can be found throughout the home.

We allow each tenant $35.00 a week for electricity. Any overages will be paid by the tenant, by subtracting from the security deposit.

Gas usage for pool heater during a tenant's stay will be subtracted from the security deposit.
If the sum of the electric overage and gas fee are greater than the security deposit, an invoice will be sent to the tenant.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
