Located a short 3 minute walk from the French Quarter and close to the Convention Center, Superdome, Aquarium of the Americas, and World War II Museum. These luxury condominiums are perfect for family and friend get-aways while also being conveniently located for corporate needs or trials at the Federal Courthouse. This property was built circa 1830 and has been beautifully renovated into luxury rental condominiums. Units feature high style with ample original art, photographs, and richly appointed furnishings. All of our countertops at The Natchez are custom made out of 200+ year heart pine timbers that were meticulously reclaimed during the renovation and restoration of this historic Greek Revival building.
The pool, grotto, cabanas, sun deck and the hot tubs are immediately accessible in the courtyard to the rear of the property. There are 4 hot tubs on the property: two of them are private to the two units that have their own private 2nd floor patio decks and 2 are available to all guests with both freshwater and saltwater options available for your enjoyment. Enjoy a midday or night dip in the swimming pool or lounge in the grotto. Sun bathe on the sun deck overlooking the pool or relax in the cabanas.
Feel like kicking back and cooking at home? No problem, gas grills are available to grill your favorite steak or burgers and fully stocked kitchens are at your disposal in your unit. The pool and grotto are accessible all year long and the pool and hot tubs are always heated in the winter months.

Walk to your favorite restaurant or jazz club: you are within short walking distance to anywhere in the French Quarter, CBD or Warehouse District and a 1 block walk to the historic St. Charles Streetcar line.
The property is ideally located for Mardi Gras, Jazz fest, and all of the French Quarter festivals and events. Famous Royal Street which is renowned for antique shopping, art galleries, boutiques, and restaurants is only a short walk away, as is Bourbon Street and all of its entertainment, energy, and excitement. Enjoy the Aquarium of the Americas, and the IMAX theater. Try your luck at Harrahs Casino-- everything in easy walking distance of the property.
All units have fully equipped kitchens, dish wear, glasses, flatware, laundry machines, and bath towels. Pool towels are also available.
This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit is a very comfortable at about 1,500 sq ft. The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing. All appliances are top of the line stainless steel. The unit is richly appointed with original paintings, art work, and local photography. The exposed brick walls, exposed beams, cathedral ceilings, and large windows blend with the modern furnishings and contemporary art. The bedrooms are quaint, functional, with en suite baths and located just off the main living area. One bedroom is quietly tucked away on the split level up a few steps from the living room. All bedrooms are richly appointed and have either a king size or queen size bed. Most bedrooms have huge 4’ x 4’ sky lights with motorized blackout shades. The kitchen is equipped with glassware, plates, flatware, pots, pans, etc. Simply walk in, unpack your bags, and enjoy your trip-- everything else should already be taken care of. This units is located on the top (3rd) floor.

This was my first time in New Orleans. Not only is the Natchez a great location, it is an absolutely beautiful condo. Had an amazing weekend. Lots of great food! I will def return to the Natchez.

Potentially a 5 Star Place but Needs Work
The Natchez is really a hotel rather than a set of condos people are renting out. The property is perfectly located for any number of activities. It is basically in the center of everything you might want to do in New Orleans. But, the place needs work. Indeed it was still under construction when we arrived, something we were not really expecting. The place advertises that it has hot tubs. Yes it does. No one in my party was willing to go in because the water looked like it needed to be replaced, or at least filtered. During our stay someone from the staff was carrying out garbage over the weekend and the bag leaked in the elevator and in the front hall. It was not cleaned up until Monday. As to the unit, as advertised it had four baths. It also had exactly four small bars of soap. That means either a bar for the sink or shower, but not both. Yes, we fixed this by going to the front desk and getting additional bars. Still, why should guests have to do that? While I am pointing out missing items, none of the baths came with a soap dish. Another issue was that the area over the kitchen sink was unfinished during our stay. A wire for, I hope, a range hood was sticking out of the wall. The stove lacked a range hood and needless to say that meant opening all the windows when we sauteed food. Would I go back? Sure thing! When the Natchez is finished and they get some of the bugs worked out of what to supply the units with, I imagine it will be a great place to stay in a great location.
