This is a 750sq ft 1 Bedroom/1 Bath unit located in Peachtree Towers, Downtown

**For those interested I have many units in the same building. To view them click my profile picture and scroll down till you see the "see all listings" button on the left. **

This is 1 Bedroom/1 Bath unit located in Peachtree Towers. This unit has an open floor plan with an open kitchen that look out in the living room. We added some new living room furnishings and this unit has your basic home entertainment needs.

The living room allows access to a spacious balcony with some of the best views in Downtown Atlanta.

The bedroom is large with enough space for 2 to live/sleep comfortably. It has a queen bed and large walk in closet. The bedroom also has great views of Midtown Atlanta.

There is a bathroom adjacent to the bedroom stocked with the basic essentials most travelers require (towels, shampoo, body wash, soap, etc)

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire space, internet wi/fi, home audio system, along with balcony spaces with beautiful views of downtown. There are also washer/dryer facilities in the basement

Interaction with Guests

I only meet my guests to introduce myself and make sure they are comfortable for their stay.

The Neighborhood

The property is located in a very prime neighborhood for downtown Atlanta. We are situated 1 block from the Americas Mart and less than 2-3 blocks from all the major hotels (Hyatt Regency, Marriot Marquis, Westin, etc). We are also under a mile away from the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), which is a pleasant 10-12 min walk through Centennial Olympic Park.

The Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coke, and the Atlanta Children Museum are all two blocks from our front door.

Being located centrally downtown there are plenty of dining options from High End Steakhouses to more casual family dining options all walking distance no more than 5-10 mins away. Feel free to contact me if you're searching for something specific.

Getting around

We are located 1 block north of the nearest MARTA (local tri-rail) station, less than a block from a major bus transportation hub, and also have a cab stand across the street.

Again, being located centrally finding a rental car, Uber, or Zip Car is very easy to do from our property. There is usually an Uber or cab right outside the door.

Other Things to Note

*The check in/check out process is easy. There will be a set of keys waiting for you at the front desk to check in at your leisure. Simply provide the concierge with valid photo ID and your unit number and they will assist you with the rest.

*Keep in mind that this unit does not have an assigned parking space. Parking is available below the building starting at $10/nt

*Being located downtown we often host special events, prices are liable to change for these events.

*Due to quick turn around and cleaning logistics 1 night stays are $200 min.

House Rules

House rules are mostly simple:

1) Please treat this property as your own. These units are privately owned properties and although we love hosting our guests we just don't have the resources the larger hotel chains do.

2) This is a residential property and we have been allowed by the homeowners association to offer our units for business travelers and tourists. We reserve the right to remove any/all guests for acting disorderly or disturbing property residents.

3) Please do not make any changes to any home audio, or appliance configurations. I'm not so technically inclined myself and changes to wiring etc takes away from the experiences of the next guests. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask, I usually reply very quickly.

4) Upon check out please remove all of your trash (you may discard the trash in the chute located at ends of each of the hallways.) We also ask that you pile all dirty laundry/linens in one place so our cleaning staff knows what needs washing.

5) Relax and enjoy your stay, as I mentioned if you need anything at all dont hesitate to contact me.

The owner's manager has several condos in the building which he manages and has been living at this location for past 16 years.

He is readily available most of the time to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Frigidaire and pantry are generally well stocked with bottled water, beer, wine, chips, nuts etc.

All above available for a reasonable price.

There is no better location than Peachtree Towers for vacation/living in downtown Atlanta.

All major tourist attractions are within a short walking distance.

Marta, underground train is just two blocks away.

Bus stops right in front of the building.

Living in this building is like living on 5th Av. Manhattan NY..

You do not need a car to move around if your business is in downtown only as most places of interest and tourist attractions are all within walking distance.

What makes this condo unique

Centennial Olympic Park a 5 minutes walk has entertainment round the year with free music concerts, fairs, exhibitions and also a ice skating rink in winters.

There is a food court just two blocks away as well as fine dining restaurants, pubs,cafes, Juke Joints with Jazz music etc.

All major banks, post office , Fedex are in the vicinity

Several restaurants in the vicinity deliver food to the doorsteps. Two blocks away is a food court at Peachtree Center. Popular for lunch. Has a wide selection of fast foods, salads, sandwiches, chinese, pizza, chick a fil, Dairy Queen etc.

Great location

This condo has a great view and it is a great location. Easy to walk to many of the sites.

However, simple low costs upgrades are needed to make this condo comfortable, and they have been mentioned in other reviews and not addressed. There is only one bar chair, so two people can not sit together and have breakfast, which was mentioned before. The bed is uncomfortable, but simply because it doesn't have a mattress pad, which has been mentioned in other reviews. I put a blanket underneath the sheets the second night and was able to sleep much better. The towels are mismatched and there are no washcloths, which is just a little thing, but makes a difference in overall impression.

Great view but that's all

If you're just looking for an overnight stay I would say this is an ok place. Otherwise look elsewhere. The bed is very uncomfortable. The bathroom is in need of at least a fresh coat of paint

Owner's Response: The guest is right. The bathroom ceiling does need a fresh coat of paint. However this cannot be done presently as the ceiling needs to dry up due to a water leak from the condo right above this unit. As regards the bed being uncomfortable this is the first complaint received as a top of the line new mattress was purchased from Macy's just six months ago. We welcome comments from our guests but feel the complaints should be true & genuine not just for the sake of finding some faults.

Needs deep cleaning and upgrading

Pros: Great location, great views. Building is clean and well kept in lobby and elevators. $6 Uber ride anywhere you need. Nice decor. Plenty of closet space. Very pleasant concierge's in lobby who were very helpful and friendly. Mr Kahn was very nice in emails and responded to text msgs in a timely manner.

Cons: In DIRE need of good deep cleaning. If there is a professional cleaning service, they should be FIRED! The floors made my socks black. Towels were mis-matched old and worn. Peeling / falling paint on bathroom ceiling. The fridge leaked, the microwave was taped together, there was a dirty fan on the counter and tons of other people's condiment packets and plastic utensils in fridge, drawers and cabinets. Garbage in bathroom and used coffee grinds in pot. General overall "ick factor"

Like the other person said, the couches were so low, you had to roll out onto your knees to stand back up. Look good, but bad functionality. Only one small old low res tv, super slow internet. Old VCR tapes for entertainment?

The entire apartment is in need of a complete renovation/update. Until then, it is overpriced.

If you charge as a hotel does...... I was overcharged by a day. I stayed 3 nights, but paid for 4.

Good location

Good downtown location in safe quiet condo building. In need of a good set of towels and mattress topper. It would also be nice if there were instructions for connecting to wifi so the owner does not have to be bothered.
