Self-catering luxurious air-conditioned apartment situated on the beach.

This 2-bedroom well appointed apartment is situated in a unique location on the beach of the Mediterranean with the beach of the Mar Menor some 40 metres on the other side. It has a fully fitted kitchen which includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Every window has a sea view with stunning sunsets over Mar Menor back towards the mainland! There are 2 sculptured adult pools and 1 children pool on the Med side, all surrounded by an artificial grass sunbathing area. Close by is a small supermarket, several bars and restaurants, including one of the best on the strip, situated right on the beach. A 9-hole golf course is also within walking distance near the wildlife sanctuary. Just a short distance away is the Thomas Maestre Marina with an excellent supermarket and many bars and restaurants where you can eat and drink right at the water's edge.

Golf: There are numerous golf courses in the area. The world famous La Manga Club is only a short drive away. There are also several Polaris World golf courses within a 30 minute drive from La Manga Club.

The Best !!!

It will be the 3th time I've been in this apartment and it is perfect for a wonderful holidays.

Now I'll write in Portuguese:

Este apartamento é perfeito para umas férias deliciosas e sossegadas, a vista é linda e a praia é uma delicia. Em 2011 estarei lá novamente pq de facto é encantador, experimentem tomar o pequeno almoço na varanda mesmo em cima da praia.

We had a wonderful holiday at this apartment. It is perfect for a quite beach hollidays, the location couldnt be better and is modern and well clean. The onwer is very kindly and provide an excellent customer service. I recommend this property!

A wonderful holiday

We hired this apartment in June and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment is just as it looks, really modern and clean. It is at the north end of La Manga Strip which is a lot quieter and definitely suited us. The bus service is great, you can go anywhere on the strip for a euro, we used it all the time to go to the marina for boat trips and there are nice restaurants on the waters edge as well as bigger supermarkets which are much cheaper than the local one. It was really warm when we were there but there is always a nice breeze being by the sea, the beach on the mar menor side across the road was our favourite as you can go right out in the shallow water and it is nice and warm. The local people were really nice but make sure you take a phrase book and learn basic words because there are not many english speakers. Local highlights are the beachfront restaurant across the road which is stunning at sunset (but pricey), the bakery is amazing and the fruit shop sells the tastiest fruit and veg we have ever eaten. The owner was very helpful and arranged our transfers for a very good rate and let us stay later on the last day as we had a night flight.

Owner's Response: Nuestros administradores de la propiedad comprueban el aire acondicionado. Encontraron que un filtro en la unidad de limpieza necesario. Esto se hizo después de su inspección. Hay aparcamiento en la calle frente a los apartamentos, pero no hay espacios reservados. Hay aparcamiento en la calle enfrente de los apartamentos.

Euromarina Tower is situated at the North end of La Manga strip approx 3.5km from Thomas Maestre marina with its many bars and restaurants right on the waterfront. An hourly bus service runs up and down the Strip all year round and half-hourly during high season.There are also many restaurants in the area, including one of the best on La Manga strip, right opposite the apartment, which is right on the beach. This is an excellent area for water sports, including diving, jet skis, para-sailing, water skiing etc. Golf courses are abundant in the area with at least 6 within 30 mins drive.There is a daily ferry from the marina to Santiago on the mainland, a very pretty beach resort with many good restaurants.. The city of Cartagena, a stop-off for cruise liners, is only 25km away with it's many Roman remains and some very good shopping streets. Parque Mediterranean is close by with it's recently opened shopping centre with international brands including Zara, H & M, C & A, Cortifel etc.

A £180 (200€)security deposit is required at time of final payment. This will be returned within 2 weeks after your departure following inspection by our property managers. A £20 per week surcharge will apply to bookings for 5-6 occupants
Payment by either cheque or bank transfer. Checkout is normally 10.00 but with many late flights we will endeavour to let you stay longer if possible.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
