A Hidden Gem...
A modern two story revival (Conch house) totaling 3 bedrooms, two and a half baths with a private garden patio, a front porch, and a shared pool area. The home is gated, in a private community, with off street parking. The main floor includes a combined kitchen, dining, and living room with beautiful tall ceilings and a built-in bookcase that envelops an entire wall. The front of the home includes a private outside porch and a common pool area. Any one who has visited Key West knows how important it is to have a pool! Walk to the back of the unit and open the French doors to utilize the outside garden patio and grill. A wonderful place to sit back and relax. No worries if you are in the kitchen, step right out from the kitchen door. Easy access to the patio for all! The second floor includes 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Walk inside to an open room with hardwood floors. The combined living and dining room leaves plenty of seating for entertainment. Large couch and chair in living room comfortably seats up to 5 people and dining table comfortably seats up to 6 people. Adjacent to the living room is the half bathroom. Art deco lighting above the dining table, and tasteful tropical accents throughout the house. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with a half wall that opens to the dining room, great for entertainment or just visiting with family. Open the French doors to the private patio area where you can cook your own catch on the grill, do laundry in new front loading washer and dryer, or just relax and wind down.
Sleeps up to 6 people. The second floor contains two bedrooms opposite of each other, and a small children’s bedroom in the corner. The master bedroom has a private balcony, ceiling fan, closet, and queen bed with plenty of space. Immediately to the right is a full bathroom with stand up shower with a separated vanity and sink. The second bathroom is back to back with the first bathroom and has a shower tub combo and a separate sink and vanity. The second bedroom is down the hall from the master, with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, and nice large windows for plenty of sunlight. Right around the corner is the children’s room, with twin bunk beds.
Outdoor Living And Amenities...
The home resides in Old Town, which sits in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the action. It’s 7 blocks to Duval Street and 8 blocks to the beach - a short walk to both! Once the activities subside, sit back and relax on the private back deck, enjoy a morning beverage, grill some favorite foods, or just gaze up at the stars. Don’t forget to take a dip in the pool…it gets hot down here!
Most Importantly…Don’t Worry Be Happy!
The manager met us at the property the day we arrived. The house is very comfortable, beautifully decorated in beachy decor, relaxing. We enjoyed the back patio, BBQ, outdoor shower, upstairs balcony overlooking the pool. Just a couple blocks from El Siboney Cuban Restaurant. Closer to several beaches and the "food end" of Duval in a very quiet neighborhood. An easy bike ride to anywhere on Key West. Two blocks from Faustos Grocery Store. And you have your own parking spot by the back gate! We loved it!

DAMAGE INSURANCE/ SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable and non-taxable security deposit insurance premium at a flat rate of $45.00 will be added to each reservation as an alternative to a full security deposit. This policy covers up to $3000.00 worth of accidental damages. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A U.S. ADDRESS please alert our reservationist so she can update your quote. Guests without a U.S. address are not eligible for the damage insurance policy and must submit a refundable security deposit equivalent to 20% of the reservation total (not to exceed $3,000).
Early Season and Season Bookings
Arrival: 1st Day of Month / Depart: Last Day of Month
We reserve the right to deny requested dates if they decrease the optimum booking layout for the property's calendar.
All guests must be at least 25 years of age to be considered. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Spring break groups are prohibited and eviction strictly enforced with no refund.
A booking fee will be added to each reservation.
50% is due upon reservation with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting a party or event at the rental property without written permission from our company.
***We highly recommend waiting to book flights until you have fully secured a reservation; meaning you have received the email confirmation and have made your deposit payment.
