Space 600 sq. ft.
Property type house
Minimum Stay 2 - 3 nights

About the property

1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Full Kitchen, 2 Queen Beds, Sleeps 4 Close To Downtown.

Tecali is located downtown within easy walking distance of 2 grocery stores, cafes, shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, bars, yoga and pilates studios and several art galleries.

Tecali has been thoughtfully furnished to evoke feelings of peace and love. Mere steps from downtown, guests can leisurely stroll art galleries, shops, cafes, markets and bird sanctuary.

Tecali is unlike most rentals in that it truly is our home away from home. We have furnished it with many of the same items that are in our permanent home.

The entire house has an electronic water filter that removes mineral deposits, the shower has a Water Chef filter to remove chlorine, and the kitchen sink has an additional AquaSauna faucet for readily available purified drinking water.

The linens on both beds are largely organic cotton with all natural wool mattress pads and duvet inserts. Linens and mattresses and pillows are protected with toxin free hypoallergenic and bed bug proof liners.

The kitchen is fully outfitted to cook gourmet meals with bamboo cutting boards, ceramic knives, Ninja blender, stainless steel pots and pans and a bevy of gadgets.

We have stocked an art center with water color pencils & paper, artist markers, mandala coloring pages and hand-carved wooden indian stamps.

The master suite also has a meditation corner with cushions and reiki charged crystals hung overhead to enhance your exploration of the cosmos.

Should you become disinterested in the cosmos, the living area has a brand new Samsung 1080p television with Roku 2 streaming video system that will allow you to access a variety of viewing options.

Rental includes free high-speed wifi internet access (password provided on arrival).

Tecali rests upon 4,000 square feet external space of peace and tranquility fenced for you, your guests and your pets to enjoy!

FREE Unlimited calls to any landline or cell phone in the U.S. or Canada from our new digital wireless phone so no worries about cellular phone reception regardless of your carrier!+

Netflix services included; other television services available by guest login or optional purchase on site.

Guests will enjoy free access using owner's all-access annual pass to visit Patagonia Lake State Park. Failure to return pass will incur $75 replacement charge.

So clean, cute and convenient!!

  • 4 of 5

We have visited Patagonia before as my husband is a bird watcher. Now we have the Birding Dog, a small 5# Maltepoo so this wonderful accommodation just fit our needs perfectly. Everything was as advertised. Thank you for a week plus in heaven!!

Cozy and perfectly appointed home for a weekend get away.

  • 5 of 5

My husband and two labs had a wonderful time at this lovely home in Patagonia over the Christmas holiday. Autumn has thoughtfully decorated the space and it was everything we could have needed. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook at home and the living and bedrooms were bright and comfortable. Having an outdoor fenced area for the dogs was perfect. And being within walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants was amazing. Everyone we encountered in the neighborhood and in town was friendly and inviting. And the close proximity to Sonoita enabled us to take the short trip to wine country. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay, everything was neat, clean and very comfortable. Thank you for all the thoughtful notes, the art station, the great tea and the cozy bedding. If we return to the area, we will stay here again!

A cozy, restful base for exploring a beautiful area

  • 5 of 5

We (and our 2 pug-terriers) stayed at Tecali during a span of glorious, warm & sunny February weather. The trailer is snug, homey, and well-equipped, and Autumn is adding things all the time. (A Weber grill arrived while we were there!) She and her husband are quickly & easily available to address any questions, e.g., walking through Roku setup. The kitchen is very well outfitted. The meditative vibe is present in all the decorations and furnishings. It was wonderful to be able to let the pups hang out around the porch & fenced yard. It was also great to have the option to get out of the travelers' bubble a bit by chatting with some of the quiet, friendly neighbors; we even bought some amazing, home-made tamales from one family! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. And the Patagonia area is a hiker's and birder's delight! We especially recommend: Patagonia Lake State Park (Tecali comes with a Park pass); the Paton Hummingbird Center; Sonoita Creek just past the Center; and the hills above Patagonia as you drive out 1st Ave. past the high school and continue on up Temporal Rd. All in all, a great value and excellent base for exploring this incredible town and countryside!
