This condo has a capacity for 4 or 6 people.
Single level newly constructed 4th floor unit boasts elevator, security guards, gymnasium, and swimming pool. Fully furnished with simple elegance, it makes you feel right at home. California king sized bed in MBR and queen sized bed in 2nd BR, both with top-of-the-line mattresses that will make your nights as good as your days. Also, there is a queen sofa bed in the living room.
The balcony has brand new patio furniture for your comfort and there is a beautiful wall mural that has been designed there just for complementing the sounds and beauty of the ocean- it just could not be better! We just donated a table with 4 chairs with an umbrella, 2 extra blue chairs in the terrace located at the end of the hall on the 4th floor (same 4th floor where the condo is), just for your use as well. By the way, if others are using this table when you need it, just remind them it belongs to C404 and your use. Also, there is an electric BBQ on the balcony just for your use as well. This BBQ is to remain on the balcony at all times.
The second BR has views of the best landscaping for miles. There are two parking spaces, one in the front and the other in the back of the building
Nearby Rosarito Beach has plenty to keep you entertained with boutiques, restaurants, cafes, night clubs, theaters, horseback riding, and lots of lively street scenes. Among the best restaurants are Susanna's, Bertollini's, Splash, Topanco, Mi Casa Supper Club, and Pasta Basta. Further south, Puerto Nuevo is a fishing village known for its lobster dinners and Bajamar is a golf resort with a nice restaurant. Just across the street from the condo there are the restaurants of the Real Del Mar golf resort and spa. They also have an OXXO convenience store (like 7-11).
12 minutes from the condo in Rosarito there is a WalMart and also Calimax and Comercial Mexicana supermarkets.
Beaches are just 5 minutes from the condo.

We are long time veterans of the hospitality industry with experience catering to holiday travellers with our other properties. Casey is a real estate broker and I am a retired therapist. We speak English, Spanish, and like to try our German. We practice tango dancing, I play guitar, and like you, we also love to travel.

After viewing many other area properties we picked this one for our own retirement because it was new, safe, and close to San Diego. But most of all, the ocean views were unequalled as you will soon find out and the views in back are just as soothing and relaxing.

It simply does not get any better than sipping coffee with your tablet in hand or sipping wine with your family and friends on the front balcony overlooking forever blue and white water views of the Pacific ocean. Those 4 islands you see are the uninhabited Coronado Islands, a staging ground for running liquor during the Prohibition. You will always see seagulls and pelicans on patrol and with luck, you can occasionally spot the water spouts of whales on their migration from Alaska to the tip of Baja!
Upon entering the condo one is immediately struck by the wonderful sight of the ocean and the Coronado Islands. Whether in the master bedroom, kitchen dining room or living room the view is simply breathe taking, and of course you can't beat the patio for watching the sunset or enjoying a meal overlooking the Pacific. The furnishings are modern, comfortable and high-end. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to prepare any kind of meal. The location is secure and quiet next to a major resort and golf course, and within easy driving distance to the restaurants in and around Rosarito. Our hosts, were friendly and very responsive whenever we had a question or an issue. My wife and I would definitely recommend it.
The condo was modern, well decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed a 4- week stay while I underwent outpatient cancer treatments and were very happy with the accommodations. Clean, quiet and peaceful.
The condo is immaculate and greatly exceeded our expectations. Very secure and located at a resort with restaurants and an amazing spa. Polly is very attentive and by far the sweetest woman ever. I will be returning often for quick getaways due to the close proximity to San Diego! A+++
The condo is fully equipped and very beautiful. The view is the best!!. I spent half of each day on the balcony just admiring the ocean and the sunsets. Polly was wonderful, she was very attentive and willing to do anything for my family to have a great vacation. I have recommended this condo to my family and friends and I'm also planning to return next year. I miss it so much!

Long term tenants are welcome. $1600 per month. Minimum stay 1 month. Maximum capacity is 4 adults and 2 children. A $200 refundable security deposit is required. A non refundable cleaning fee of $60 is required as well. There is an extra closet in the balcony to store your groceries, trash cans, & luggage. A California King bed and a queen bed with a top of the line mattress. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. For your comfort and convenience, we have purchased a large ceramic 3 gallon water dispenser with an easy-to-operate faucet. The balcony has brand new patio furniture for your comfort and there is a beautiful wall mural that has been designed there just for complementing the sounds and beauty of the ocean- it just could not be better !. All the utilities (Internet (WIFI) and TV) are paid by the owner. If you come from anywhere in the USA, you can pay the 50% deposit with a personal check or a cashiers check made out to Polly Webb.This way you are saving the credit card commission fee that PayPal or Homeaway (account firstname.lastname@example.org) charges. The other 50% must be paid in cash upon your arrival. If you choose to pay your initial 50% deposit through these companies, any commission deducted from your payment must be reimbursed by you to the owner upon your arrival. This condo has a wall safe for your valuables and peace of mind. No pets,no parties, or loud noises, No drugs, and no cigarette smoking inside the unit.
The arrival time is between 1p.m. and 3pm, departure. at 11am.
