This home is truly Ski-In/Ski-Out, with Park City's old town ski runs located nearby. No need to drive to Park City Mountain Resort; just put your boots on, grab your skis and head to the Town Ski Lift. You can be sitting on the Town Lift headed to the top of PCMR in less than 6 minutes. After your day of skiing, you can take the “Quit ‘N Time” run right back to the house. Powder shots are a frequent bonus on the scenic ski home.
Along with excellent access to the Park City Mountain Resort, this home is located just a short walk from Historic Main Street's many shops, restaurants and the famed Egyptian Theater. There is no need for taxis, and you can leave the car at home. Walk to all the après ski areas right on Main Street. Be sure to catch Park City's free bus, which will take you wherever you want to go in town. Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, North of Main, Quarrey Village, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Resort, or the Utah Olympic Park for a day of fun-filled activities, shopping and great food.
This updated home offers 1,800 square feet of living space, on four different levels. You’ll enter the home on the top level, where you’ll find slate flooring in the entry hall with room to store all of your outdoor gear. There’s a newly remodeled half-bath on this level, along with the recently updated kitchen. The kitchen features new 42” cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and slate flooring. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining room table seats six comfortably with additional seating for three on the kitchen bar stools.
Take a few steps down from the kitchen and you are in the open and spacious living room. You’ll be welcomed by the warm, wood burning fireplace and gorgeous hardwood floors. Relax by the fire while watching a movie on the large flat-screen TV (DVD and VCR) or enjoy playing one of the many board games available. There is plenty of seating for everyone, including a comfortable fold-out couch which offers an additional sleeping area for two. Be sure to enjoy one of the two balconies offered in this home, which has a gas barbeque and incredible views of Historic Main Street, Old Town and mountains in the background.
A few more steps down and you’re on the next level, where you’ll find the second and third bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed, while the other has two twin beds. This level has those gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, a full bathroom and a washer/dryer unit.
Step down from this level into your own private master retreat. Located on its own level of the home, the master bedroom offers all the privacy you need. It includes a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player and two large closets. The private master bathroom features a dual-sink vanity, a soaking tub and separate shower. There is a 2nd balcony off the master bedroom, with a large and inviting hot tub.
Wireless Internet is available throughout the home at no additional charge, as is Cable Television. This home also offers two additional fold-away beds for extra guests. A private off street carport accommodates two large cars or three smaller cars.

My husband and I along with our three children and three dogs are avid skiers and an all around outdoors family. We recently moved from our Old Town home on Woodside to Park Meadows, a neighborhood located across town so the kids and dogs could have a yard and trampoline. We now have to mow the lawn.
The Owner purchased this house in 1992
I purchased this home in the early 1990's after graduating from the University of Utah's pharmacy school. At that time, I was 23 and very single. I loved the fact that I could party on Main Street and walk home and no driving was necessary. It was truly a gift when the Town Lift was built and I could put on my skis, walk out the front door and be on the mountain in minutes. The same is true for mountain biking. Unfortunately, I eventually grew out of my convenient and adorable Woodside home when my three children began to get older. We now needed four bedrooms and a yard for a trampoline and the dogs. This home was never purchased as a vacation rental, but rather as my first home.
You are going to love the convenience and all around aura of this home. It is in the heart of Old Town so no need to worry about driving or parking. You can enjoy excellent restaurants and entertainment minutes from your front door. The home has off street parking with a double wide carport in the front of the home that easily fits two automobiles. You can bike, hike, ski, eat and shop minutes from your front door - no driving required!
Property was lovely and well maintained. The location was exceptional. 120 steps up to ski run. And about the same down to town for dinner. The beds were comfy. The hit tub was luxurious after a day in the slopes. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this home to family and friends.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need down to the kitchen supplies and sunscreen. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing. the kitchen is nice and very functional. This house works pretty well for a group. It is not particularly private as their is no door on the master bedroom or the master bathroom. The house also has four levels so there is lots of walking up and down stairs. I am not sure that I would classify this house as ski-in ski out, since you have to walk up a very long flight of stairs in your ski boots to access the cat walk that takes you down to the Town lift. It is also not a beginner slope to ski back to the house so this might not work for some. We walked down to the bus station and took the bus into the base which wasnt bad. You can also Uber back and forth which we did a few times.
This place is great. Walk to Main Street. We had 5 guys which was perfect. Ski during the day and walked to Main Street to dinner and the bars at night. Owner was extremely helpful giving tips. I have rented many places and they usually clear everything out of the kitchen before the next person arrives but not here. All of the little things were there, so we used the pay it forward attitude of using up some things but leaving more for the next group. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Park City!
Location was ideal, up flight of stairs and short walk to ski run to town lift, and down flight of stairs to Main street shops and restaurants. Stayed here for Christmas/New Year's week. Easy to find a taxi for a few dollars to bring us home from Park City ski resort base or downtown.
No surprises on condo from pictures... very accurate. Condo was nicely set up. Entry area easy for 5 to get ready to go skiing.
Kitchen spacious enough to cook for 7, and living room perfect for all of us to spread out and be comfy. Fireplace warmed us up nicely. TV and DVD player was great entertainment option for the kids while adults cooked. Kitchen had coffee maker, microwave, conduction stove (nicer than my own home!), oven. We are glad we brought our own special spices (S&P only, bring everything else). Nice cookware to use, plenty of dishes/utensils for all of us. Nice to have grill to cook burgers on.
Bedrooms were small, and cozy except for master. All were very comfortable. Be aware that Master does not have a door to bedroom or for bathroom. We established rules within our group to avoid "embarrassment".
Even the dog enjoyed the condo!
Owner was very accommodating, friendly, and easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. Can't ask for more!
Stayed here entire month of August 2014. This home is equipped with absolutely everything you need, plus things like cookware, dishes, beds and linens are all top quality. Some rentals give you just the bare minimum of essentials, this is not one of them. Owner was readily available whenever I needed her (like how to run the tv). Separate levels made for better privacy between sleeping rooms. The location is conveniently located just 2 blocks up from Main Street and in the heart of historic and architecturally rich Old Town Park City, which is full of great places to explore on foot. I know most renters think of Park City for the skiing, but the best time for me is summer. So much hiking, biking, walking, concerts, art, outdoor dining and wining right on Main Street. And did I mention the giant Park City Art Festival held first week in August, along with Park Silly Sunday every Sunday all summer long? Park Silly Sundays fill up Main Street with festive music, people, merriment, food and street vendors. This property is also one of the few rentals that will consider pets, so I got to bring my entire family with me on this Park City adventure. By the end of the month, I started to feel like this was my home, and hated to leave! Looking forward to staying there again next summer.
We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home for 4 days in mid-February. This home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, from a fully-stocked kitchen, to board games, lots of pillows and blankets, and even some local coupon books! The home is updated with a really nice kitchen and family room. We even got to enjoy the hot tub on the bottom level, which felt great after a day of skiing all day.
The location of this home is great. Close to Main St. and close to the Town Lift. There are stairs just outside of the house, go down 2 blocks and you are right in the middle of Main St., with lots of bars, restaurants, stores, galleries, etc. We really appreciated that we could walk to town, because it looked like parking could be a hassle. Walk up the stairs one block, and you can ski right to the town lift! It was great to be able to ski right home after a day on the mountain, and not have to navigate the parking lot at the resort.
We would definitely stay here again. The owner was really a pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions, even gave us some recommendations on restaurants to try in town. We can’t wait to come back!
My Tip: Stop at Costco in Salt Lake City on your way up to Park City and buy your lift tickets there. They sell a 5-Pack that is MUCH cheaper than buying a Full-Day Ticket at the window. Costco also sells a 2-Pack for Canyons. The PCMR Tickets were $350 for the 5-Pack at PCMR and $159 for the 2-Pack at Canyons (I think those were the prices).
No need to drive to Park City Ski Resort whereas this property is just a few minutes from the Town Lift ski runs in the winter. During the summer enjoy killer mountain biking and hiking trails minutes from your front door. Mountain biking in this area is some of the best in the state. This location is ideal for those who want to play more and drive less. You can walk to Main Street to shop, have lunch or dinner and enjoy live theater at the Egyptian Theater. Once on Main Street you can catch the free local bus to just about anywhere in Park City.
