This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath vacation home located directly on the beach in Perdido Key, Florida. This is a two-story building with parking available under the home. There is no elevator, but each level of this vacation home has a balcony with amazing views of the beach.

This privately owned vacation home comfortably sleeps a family of no more than 8 people. The living room is equipped with a television, DVD player, sleeper sofa, and wireless internet. The bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the first guest bedroom and twin with trundle twin in the second guest bedroom all on the top level.

The master bathroom has its own bathroom while the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a half bath on the living level. The kitchen is fully furnished with appliances and everything you may need for your getaway and this vacation home even includes a full-size washer and dryer in the condo.

Not good

Place needs a lot of work. Screens falling off, dirty carpet and couches. Couches are completely worn out. Towels were stained and carpets had goat heads which stuck in our feet

This property has a perfect location but the condo itself needs a lot of work. The property is very dated. The exterior doors do not open easily and the lack of maintenance is very obvious. We placed sheets over the couches as they appeared to be dirty. It is sad to see such a great location be ruined by an owner being non-willing to clean and maintain their property.

Didn't meet our expectations, could be better maintained and cleaned; Location is great though

The pictures and description led us to believe this place would be really nice. However, our kids referred to it as our "broken" beach house for the week. From the moment we walked inside we noticed an outer door on the master balcony broken and laying against the sliding doors. The carpet was dirty and stained in places. Door knobs and bedposts loose and broken. Tiny bedrooms and baths. We initially found no towels, but later discovered they were in the dryer, and some left in washer (still wet) we had to go buy detergent and laundry supplies just to have bath towels. Dryer is rusted on outside. We tried with no success and finally gave up on the WiFi router, so no internet access...and our cell service in the house was bad, so this compounded the lack of working wifi. TV's have been replaced with flat panels, but cords and wires are sloppily draped and give a really unappealing look to master bedroom. Several light bulbs were burned out and needed replacing, fan cord was broken in one bedroom and could not be adjusted. Beds were uncomfortable and small. Couches in living area are fabric and possibly need cleaning or replacement. Recliner in living area is broken. The kitchen was small but serviceable...we did not do any cooking there but had planned to.

There were positives though. Check-in at management company was quick and smooth. The location of this house is fantastic, a short walk to FloraBama and Waffle House. Beach access is the best feature it has going for it, as we had a walk path onto the beach and plenty of space to choose on the beach. I guess the fact that we were in the house very little of the time (pretty much only to shower and sleep) made it bearable, and the main reason we were there was to spend time on the beach (which was really close and the best feature this place has going for it).

All in all we would not rent this house again, as from the pictures we were expecting something much nicer and in better shape. It seemed as though possibly the person responsible for cleaning prior to our arrival was either rushed, or interrupted before finishing. If it were renovated, the location is perfect. It just is not in acceptable condition, in my opinion, not for the price we paid. I guess it depends on how important the inside and amenities of the house are, compared to location.
