What makes this House unique
This house is within walking distances of most of the places in Fayetteville that those who visit here most often want to see and experience. The walking/bike trail is only a couple of blocks away. During the Christmas lighting season, you can see the downtown lights from the front yard, and they are an easy walk away. When the Farmer's Market is in season, it is an easy walk away. The University campus is nearby, and you can take trails most of the way there if you wish. Many restaurants and entertainment venues are within easy walking distances. The main venue for Bikes, Blues and BBQ is only 3 blocks away. Front and back decks provide plenty of extra lounging area when weather permits. Walk across the street and you can enjoy the view of Old Main. A number of historic properties are located on the same street, and the beautiful Fayetteville Library is just around the corner.

We have stayed here many times and absolutely love it. The house is perfect and the location is wonderful. The owner is great to work with.
Perfect rally home, year over year!
Great host, perfect location, excellent home!
The Blue House is wonderful. It is very comfortable and the perfect location. Easy walk to the square or to Dickson Street.
Great location. Comfortable.
We had a great stay - perfect location for the Roots music festival. The house itself is comfortable and very functional. Note, though, that it’s not decorated to be super “cute” or “quaint”. It’s an older house that shows some wear. But no matter! Works esp good for 2 to 3 couples.
UA Move in weekend
Convenient located, we walked to Dickson and the square. It has spacious living area and outside patio.
Fun weekend house in downtown Fayetteville
Funky older house with all the required modern conveniences. Nice, clean and modern bathrooms with great showers. Well stocked kitchen. Giant TV for the World Cup or sport of your choice. Good A/C was much appreciated during the hot weekend. Nice front porch and back patio for relaxing conversations and partying. Great location only 2-3 blocks from the main square and a couple more blocks to the nighttime party district. Loved our stay and will rent again the next time we're in town.
