It is strategically located between the Ritz Carlton and The Loews Hotel in the heart of everything that makes South Beach a world famous destination Within minutes you can walk to our amazing beach or stroll to some of the finest restaurants and best nightlife in the world. We truly believe the Decoplage to have the best address in South Florida.
Our condo has been COMPLETELY REMODELED. The studio is located on the 11th, the building has tight security with personnel manning the front desk in the lobby and a security guard 24/7. The rental comes with one parking space for YOUR CAR accessible via FREE VALET SERVICE.
The studio sleeps 4 (new queen bed and leather sofa that opens to another full-sized bed). It comes with CENTRAL AIR and a NEW FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and microwave). The brand NEW BATHROOM. Linens, towels, dishes and utensils are provided. A hi-definition 55” TV with FREE HD CABLE and 40Mbps HIGH-SPEED INTERNET WITH WIFI are included.
Laundry facilities including garbage disposal are just 3 doors down the hall. Access to the courtyard, the pool, and the fitness center is provided.
The property boasts a BEAUTIFUL NEW INFINITY POOL and deck with view of the ocean and a FITNESS CENTER. And you are steps away from the beach with a special spot allocated for guests of the Decoplage with available chair and umbrella rentals.
Taxis, tour and city buses, bike rentals, pharmacy, groceries, restaurants, and coffee shops are all located right outside our doors on Lincoln Road.

We booked the apartment well in advance and hey good faith paid all of the fees in a timely fashion.Shortly before our arrival, after the cancellation period has expired and we paid the fees to get approved by the condo association, we were notified that there might be “some noise“ due to construction. When we arrived we found that the windows were covered in blue plastic sheeting so that we could not look out, the sunlight was blocked and the windows could not be opened. We learned that the construction schedule had been published three months and advance and the owner knew or should have known about the conditions and notified us about them well in advance. Had we known these facts we would’ve made other arrangements. The construction generally was from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday with a one hour lunch break, and the “some noise” was often so loud that we could not talk to each other and had to go into the hallway to make a phone call. During this time the apartment was virtually uninhabitable . We had a problem where six of ten light bulbs went out in the over head lighting and we’re not replaced for a week leaving much of the apartment in close to darkness. Other lighting in the apartment was limited at best. Two of the dining room chairs were wobbly and could not be safely used.
On the positive side, The common facilities, pool and gymnasium areas were very nice.
Restaurants & Dining:Though Lincoln Road runs across all of Miami Beach, from east to west, it’s between Alton Road and Washington Avenue that you’ll find some of the most raved about dining destinations
Shopping:Don’t miss the vendors sitting along the boulevard.
Nightlife:After the sun sets, the nightlife options on Lincoln Road vary.
