This Condo had a complete new makeover in 2015, new tile and wood floors installed throughout. New kitchen stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, granite countertops. Enjoy ocean views and breeze from the open living room, dining room, kitchen and private balcony. The property is DIRECTLY on the beach, with private ocean deck access and outside shower, to wash off sand from self, chairs, toys, etc. The Large heated pool is a great place to relax, read a book, nap under the shade from the palm trees and cool ocean breeze. No Roads To Cross or Car To Pack!

Just grab your towels, beach chairs and umbrella (all included), pack a meal, beverages and step down to the uncrowded private white sand beach or hang by the pool and just relax..

Ocean Club lll is private, secure, quiet and designed for pure relaxation. The convience, comfort and huge cost savings of "living" in a spacious, fully equipped, oceanfront home (versus) "staying" in a small, expensive hotel room with a microwave, cannot be over emphasized. No

Daily Resort & Parking Fees either!

The private balcony overlooks the ocean and is a great place to enjoy the spectacular ocean sunrises and night skies. The balcony is also a great spot to just hang out and enjoy the ocean breeze, the sound of the waves crashing and just relax!

Fresh Linens and towels are provided. There is a new washer and dryer located in the home, as well as brand new central air conditioning.

The kitchen is new and features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, granite counter tops and breakfast bar. It's fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve a wonderful meal. The breakfast bar seats two for a quick bite or place to pack a lunch to go. The dining area comfortably seats six for formal dining. However, with so many top rated restaurants and pubs just a short walk and drive away, you might just decide to dine out every night instead!

The living room has been newly furnished for comfort, a large flat screen hd tv, dvd, chromecast, xfinity catv and internet access for your enjoyment. Your private balcony is off the living room, enjoy the view and sound of the ocean from the comfort of the new real leather couches.

Orchid Island village is less than a mile away. A short stroll on the nearby boardwalk will get you there or you can walk into town along the beach. Grab a cold one at one of the many ocean front restaurants/bars, such as Cobalt, Mulligans, Ocean Grill, Waldo's and many more on the beach and along ocean drive. The village has many boutique shops, a local farmers market every Saturday. Over the bridge, in the old Vero beach antique district (14th ave) there are many antique stores and shops, restaurants, pubs to enjoy a lazy afternoon checking out the antiques.

Huffington Post recent description of Orchid Island/Vero Beach.

This property is professionally landscaped, there are (2) elevators for your convenience. Beside the front elevator, there are wagons and a dolly to bring up luggage and groceries. Two parking passes are provided for your stay. There is a full time caretaker on the property and my local property manager, is just a call away, to ensure a smooth, problem free stay.

About Property Manager - Mike

I am a recently retired school teacher, who discovered Vero beach in 2010.

Property Manager - Mike purchased this condo in 2014

Why Property Manager - Mike chose Vero Beach

Our home is located on Orchid Island, a barrier island off Vero beach's mainland. If you are looking for fun in the sun, to get away from the cold and relax, then look no further. This property is located between the Indian River (Intracoastal Waterway) and ON the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, water views surround you here.

Vero Beach was rated the “Best Small Town in Florida & the "Twelfth Best Small Town in the Nation”.

It has the 2nd highest income per capita zip code (32963) in Florida and has more present and former Fortune 500 CEO’s than any zip code (32963) in the United States, including that of Manhattan, N.Y.

Unlike the crowded and expensive beach strips of Ft Lauderdale, Miami or Daytona. Vero beach has miles of beautiful, uncrowded coastline, in fact, its unlikely to run into anyone on a morning or evening stroll, on the beach.

Taking a day trip to Disney's theme parks, Kennedy space center, or Daytona beach is just under a 90 min drive.

What makes this condo unique

Location, Location, Location! Your vacation time is precious and well deserved. This property offers you a private beach, heated pool right outside your door, where you can enjoy your time relaxing, not spending your time dealing with the beach crowds, noise, parking and the expense of staying and especially eating at a beach strip hotel.

Just 1/4 mile from our home is a town boardwalk with a beautiful park with cabanas to barbecue, a beach restaurant, lifeguard station (within sight from our beach), volley ball court, children's playground.

Local sport attractions include boat, jetski, kayak rentals, on the indian river (Intracoastal waterway), ocean charter fishing, two public shooting ranges, bowling, numerous public golf courses. Across the bridge, mainland Vero has outlet shops, large mall, box stores, cinema plex with 24 theaters, fast food, etc.

Vero has art museums, botanical gardens, numerous bike and walking trails.

Daytrippers can reach Daytona, Disney theme Parks, Kennedy Space center in less than 90 mins. Ft Lauderdale, Tampa or St Augustine in about 120 mins.

Melbourne airport is about 45mins, Orlando and West Palm airports are less than 90 mins away.

Wonderful place to stay! Just as advertised.

  • 5 of 5

We greatly enjoyed the cleanliness and brightness of the condo. The furnishings were modern and in excellent working order. The parking and elevators were so convenient.

We enjoyed much time both inside and on the balcony reading with ocean views, quiet pool time, and great walks and ocean time on the beach. Many places to eat and fun things to do are within walking distance.

We love to vacation in this area anyway. Our stay in this condo was particularly nice. And the owners were so nice and easy to work with!

Best summer family vacation yet!

  • 5 of 5

Condo had everything we needed, close to the beach, pool was great. Quiet area perfect for relaxation; the town is small, but not lacking in stores (Wal-Mart, Target, Publix, etc) and restaurants, plus a great Museum of Art. Many parks open to the public, there is even a farmer's market on weekends. We really enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back again!

Peace & Quiet

  • 4 of 5

My first impression of this condo when we walked in was how it was clean & nicely decorated it was. It had great proximity to the beach & nice views of the ocean. The owners were very accommodating & easy to work with. It was a short ride to the town where the shops & boardwalk were. The only thing I wish it had was bbq grills on the property. You can grill at the park next door, but that was an inconvenience to carry everything back & forth.

Attractive property just as viewed on web site

  • 5 of 5

We are returning visitors to Ocean Club III. The location is within walking distance to the lovely village. All units have an ocean view and you are just yards to the pool or beach. Unit 203 is in a quiet location with easy access to elevators. The unit is very nicely furnished, provisioned and maintained. The owners were immediately available for any questions or concerns. We would rent this unit again.

Orchid Island is a small, tropic seaside community located on a barrier island between the Atlantic ocean and the Intracoastal waterway. It connects to mainland Vero Beach by two bridges. The islands main street, Ocean Drive, is an easy walk to on the beach or nearby boardwalk. There you will find several fine oceanfront restaurants, pubs, boutique jewelry, and clothing shops. On a typical weekend, you will find the local artists setting up tents to display and sell their work, farmers market ecery Saturday. There is always a festival, fair, antique show, flea market, etc. going on in the area or within a short drive. Once you visit and experience the small town friendly atmosphere, walk it's uncrowded, pristine warm water beaches, you will see why it's reportedly home to more retired Fortune 500 CEO's than anywhere else in the world.

Orchard Island is home to the largest privately funded art museum in the State of Florida, located at Riverside Park. The Riverside Theatre next door presents comedy shows, concerts, and popular plays throughout the year, performed by nationally known actors and musicians. The Riverside Pub, below the bridge, is a great place to watch spectacular sunsets over the river or to grab drinks and dinner before a show. Prefer to catch a fish instead of a show? The park's bait & tackle shop/marina has various size motor boats to rent for fishing or for fun.

Another favorite spot on the island is Round Beach State Park, where you can rent a kayak and relax/explore the vast amount of various wild life the Indian River Lagoon has to offer, including the many manatees that call home here.

The historic Jungle Trail, once an old Indian trail, now makes a great bike or jogging path that runs approximately five miles along the Indian river. Bikes can be rented locally and delivered/picked up at your door.

Leaving the island and crossing the mainland bridge to "old downtown" Vero Beach, you will want to take a stroll on fourteenth avenue (old main st). Once the center of Vero, it's old railroad station, movie theatre, and other old buildings from the twenties, still stand but have been transformed into the new antique and art district. Here you will find a multitude of antique shops, art studios, retail shops, and additional restaurants and pubs. West of downtown, there is a large regional mall, an outlet mall, casual dining, fast food chains, a multiplex cinema theatre, bowling lanes, etc.

For sportsmen, several challenging public golf courses are located on this side of the bridge as well as a world class shooting/skeet range, where equipment for both activities can be rented. Chartered fishing boats for river and deep sea fishing are also nearby or if you prefer, you can catch your dinner, surf casting from your own private beach, right outside your door!

Day trips to the Orlando Disney World parks (less than 90 mins away) or Miami/FtLauderdale beaches are less than (120 mins away) by car. The Kennedy Space Center is an hour away and routinely send rockets into space. If you prefer not to drive, rockets launched can be seen right from our ocean deck. (check nasa schedule)

Summers are warm but being on the ocean, we get enjoy refreshing cool ocean breezes, throughout the year. After a day on the beach, you could chill out poolside with a book or cold beverage in the shade of a palm tree and relax.

In 1715, a spanish treasure fleet returning from the new world to Spain was caught in a hurricane, just seven days out from Cuba, eleven of the twelve treasure laden ships were sunk off our local beaches. Its the reason this part of Florida's coastline is called the Treasure Coast. Keep this in mind, as you take a morning or evening stroll along this gorgeous, uncrowded beach. Its possible you might find one of these treasure coins, as they wash up on shore, from time to time. There are two local treasure museums dedicated to the treasures off our shores. They are the McLarty Treasure Museum and Mel Fishers treasure museum, both worth checking out.
