Three large bedrooms, with ceiling fans throughout, tidy, roomy living areas and an undercover outdoor area that is perfect for BBQs or feasting on fresh fish and oysters.

Step out the back door and up the path where you can chill out and take in the pristine ocean views out to Solitary Island. The river and boat ramp are just a quick stroll away. There is ample off street car and boat parking. A public beach access easement is located on the southern boundary of the property.
