OUTSTANDING apartment located directly at FAMOUS Piccadilly Circus -3 Tube Stations

Exciting, vibrant and multi-colored - thats London. The trend capital is always in motion, guaranteeing up to date for some it is THE shopping paradise, while others can be inspired by art and music, and others dance the night away in the night clubs in the East End.

London is not the time stops, creating thousands of new trends and still be great cultural tradition and written. Formerly known as Red Light District, Soho is now the NEW WEST END , posh and full of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants, a popular meeting place for London's smart set, but also for tourists and people who just want to spend a cheerful evening with her friends at a lively place . Soho in the evening is a pedestrian paradise. People from the surrounding offices and tourist conquer the streets and alleys on foot, ignoring the few cars that try to carve a way through the streets.

Today Piccadilly Circus is now partly and a favorite place for people to congregate before going to the nearby shopping and entertainment areas. Soho, Chinatown, Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square are all within walking distance.

Piccadilly now links directly to the theatres on Shaftesbury Avenue, as well as the Haymarket, Coventry Street (onwards to Leicester Square), and Glasshouse Street. The Circus is close to major shopping and entertainment areas in the West End. Its status as a major traffic junction has made Piccadilly Circus a busy meeting place and a tourist attraction in its own right. The Circus is particularly known for its video display and neon signs mounted on the corner building on the northern side, as well as the Shaftesbury memorial fountain and statue of Eros. It is surrounded by several notable buildings, including the London Pavilion, Criterion Restaurant and Criterion Theatre. Directly underneath the plaza is Piccadilly Circus tube station, part of the London Underground system.

House Rules: Since my passion is traveling around, staying at other holiday apartments or Hotels to compare and improve my own apartments, my aim is to create a beautiful but also practical accommodation to secure a memorable experience for my guests while staying in London.

My apartments are charming and all of them are located in the heart of the city - to conveniences such as tube station, international restaurants, grocery stores, touristic highlights, etc.

Me and my team know the details of each apartment, from the nuances of entering, to the best way to get there from the airport.

We personally stock each apartment with dishes, glasses, utensils and pots and pans so that when you go to open a bottle of wine there is a corkscrew waiting for you in the drawer!

Your check-in time starts from about 2:30 pm whereas your check-out time will be at about 10:30 am. We always try to be flexible with these procedures, please inquire if we might offer a later check out or an earlier check in.

Early check-in (before 11:00am) / late check-out(after 8pm) possible for extra fee, please inquire rates.

Please respect that we only accept the number of guests the apartment was booked for.

Please switch off lights, air-conditioning and all appliances when you leave the apartment to avoid wasting energy. only for Asia The AC's are working efficiently and you won't feel hot in summer after a couple of minutes.

Please ensure that the windows and doors are locked when you left the apartment.

Please respect your neighbors as you live in a normal building with normal tenants. For example keep the noise level down from 10:00 PM till 8 AM and be nice if you meet someone in the hall or in the lift.

Pets are not allowed in our apartments. Additionally, we do not allow smoking in the apartment.

Please do not hesitate to call your guest manager when you need assistance.

Our family of 6 stayed comfortably in this apartment, literally just steps from Picadilly Circus. That was a pro and a con. Convenient to entertainment and shopping and the tube. But sometimes could be loud. There is no air conditioning in this apartment and during our stay, we had unseasonably warm and wonderful, dry weather which was fabulous. However, at night the apartment was quite warm and we couldn't open the windows because of the street noise. There are small fans in the apartment, but not enough to keep comfortable while you sleep.

We did run into one major issue during our stay. Evidently, a few times a year the water pump for the building has to be re-set and only the building manager has the key. We were out of water for several hours, which was quite inconvenient. I called several times and was told that it was being handled and would be on shortly. That wasn't the case. The flat owner ended up coming and somehow was able to re-set the pump. A big thank you to her, but a huge inconvenience nonetheless.

The rooms were very adequate and spacious- plenty of space for the 6 of us. I would say that mirrors in the bedrooms would be nice. If the outlets in the bathrooms will not allow hair dryers, then mirrors in the bedrooms are necessary. I dried my hair in the bedroom trying to see my reflection in the tv. Not ideal.

Kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances of home. I had trouble with the dryer- not sure if it was user error or if the dryer just did not dry efficiently. Got the towels very hot, just not dry. I called the guest manager and they brought us fresh towels.

The guest manager/host was very easy to deal with and was quite helpful, answering our questions before our trip and even taking receipt of our football tickets for the Liverpool/Barcelona game and delivering them to our apartment. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because of the water outage and the fact that they didn't just tell me the truth upfront- would have saved some frustration.

Large apartment right in the heart of London's busiest and trendy areas. Staying with our 4 college age kids, it was a great choice for us.

Apartment was very clean and well appointed (modern furnishings and appliances, tastefully decorated). Location was wonderful, near heart of city and very close to subway. Many restaurants, pubs, shopping and site seeing near by. Host was pleasant to work with and was timely arriving and checking us out at departure.
