As you enter the hallway, you will appreciate the practical layout of the living space. On your left are the 2 bed-rooms, the toilet and the bathroom. On the other side, you will find the living room, open kitchen and terrace. All in all, you will stay in comfort esp. there's a central climatisation system in the building.

Once you have unpacked your holiday outfit in the spacious wardrobe, take a quick look at the cooking facilities before you plan your menu for the day. Equipment wise, there's a 4-pit electric stove top, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an oven, an electric kettle and a fridge. Of course, a set of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are available for your use.

We had a very enjoyable holiday in July. The appartment was very clean and well equipped. The owners were very helpful and supplied us with lots of useful information when we booked and on arrival. The location was really good - only 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to the old town. It was easy to get the bus to and from the airport.

Great location, very clean, great air conditioning.

Wonderful Apartment

This apartment had a brilliant location, the climate control was perfect and it was very quiet so able to get a good nights sleep.

The mattress in second bedroom was a bit hard and the iron and CD player did not work but have to say not too worried about this.

The iron was replaced but not CD player.

Overall would rate this apartment very highly and would definitely stay again.

Great Apartment in a central location

We've stayed in this apartment a number of times for weekends away in Nice and find it so easy and convenient. The owners over the last few years have made some great improvements, with a new kitchen put in this year. It's got everything you could want and only a few minutes from the beach, would highly recommend.

Convenient Neighborhood, Basic Apt.

If I could give this rental a 3.75 I would as it deserves a higher rating than 3 stars but not four. The apartment was relatively spacious and though the kitchen was simply equipped it had the basics needed to cook a simple meal. The living room was comfortable and nicely furnished. The interior of the apartment is far more appealing than the the actual apartment building. Though the apartment has a balcony it is not at all appealing, it felt a bit grimy and overlooked a busy bland street. The neighborhood is very busy and commercial, but it's positives are that it is not far from the promenade and an easy a 20 - 25 minute walk to the old town. It is quite noisy and busy but has lots of bakeries, food markets etc. and despite the street noise the apartment was much quieter than expected. The apartment could benefit from some very simple upgrades like new bigger and thicker bath towels, the ones provided were small, thin and "tired" and new kitchen towels would be a plus too. One of the strong points for this rental is that there is a garage space available for a reasonable extra fee. In Nice parking is a nightmare so this space was a big plus.

A delectable apartment in an amazing (city) location

This apartment has two spacious bedrooms, both containing a double bed. The bedrooms are situated at the rear of the block (away from traffic noise) thus ensuring a good night's sleep. The recently renovated kitchen boasts both a brand new conventional oven and microwave, together with a new sink and loads of cupboard space. The bathroom also has the luxury of a full-sized bath with shower over.

The apartment is located some five minutes' walk from the Promenade and about fifteen minutes from the SNCF station, plus it is near the cross-town bus services.

Thoroughly recommended.

Within 3min by foot from the apartment, you will reach the famous beach boulevard, La Promenade des Anglais.

Along this stretch of the boulevard, you will discover the legendary Hotel Negresco & other monumental sea-front landmarks. A short stroll eastward will then take you to the atmospheric Nice old town, Le Vieux Nice, Castle Hill and Nice Marina.

Other nearby attractions easily reached by foot are the shopping streets - rue de France & Jean Medecin, Place Massena- the town square, museums like Musee des Beaux Arts, Palais Massena & Musee d'Art Moderne.

From the apartment, there's also easy road access by car or bus to other famous towns and attractions located along the French and Italian Riviera. As the Cote d'Azur is flanked by the mountain range, hikers and skiers can make Nice a convenient base too.
