Welcome! You have arrived to the centrally located 4th-storeyed new apartment easily!

As you enter the hallway, you will appreciate the practical layout of the living space. On your left are the 2 bed-rooms, the toilet and the bathroom. On the other side, you will find the living room, open kitchen and terrace. All in all, you will stay in comfort esp. there's a central climatisation system in the building.

Once you have unpacked your holiday outfit in the spacious wardrobe, take a quick look at the cooking facilities before you plan your menu for the day. Equipment wise, there's a 4-pit electric stove top, a combi-microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge. Of course, a set of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are available for your use.

We had a very enjoyable holiday in July. The appartment was very clean and well equipped. The owners were very helpful and supplied us with lots of useful information when we booked and on arrival. The location was really good - only 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to the old town. It was easy to get the bus to and from the airport.

Fabulous holiday

Pleasant stay in Nice

We had a very pleasant stay at this property.

Excellent location. Close to Promenade , lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Right across from a large grocery chain.

The owner is very prompt in answering all the question.

I felt that there could be a few improvements so you feel welcomed. Although I know that it is a self serviced apartment, I felt we should have been provided with hand washing soap and enough toilet paper. There was just 1 roll of Toilet paper in the bathroom. It would also be nice if the quests are provide with couple of bottles of drinking water so they do not have to rush to the store right away.

Laura , the apartment manager was friendly but rushed through the check in process. She seemed to be in a hurry to go somewhere.

Overall my experience was pleasant and would recommend this apartment to vacationers to Nice.

What a joy!

Wonderful light clean and spacious apartment with great travel links - buses and shops readily accessible, and a short stroll to the Prom and rail station.

Great support from Laura and the deposit was speedily returned.

We will be back!

Impressed

Apartment was in a great location near beach and walking distance to old town. Also well suited for us with baby as they were able to provide cot and booster chair. A supermarket and organic supermarket are very close for all baby supplies and the bakery under apartment was great. Nice clean place with enough room for toddler to roam around in between outings. Also got all queries responded to promptly and bond back quickly. Highly recommend.
