Located in a newly constructed building designed by local architect Sergio Smolkin, Modern Nuñez II is a quaint yet modern studio apartment offering one of the best panoramic views of Buenos Aires. With an open floor plan, colorful accents and large windows, this home gives off an excellent sense of space and light while maintaining its contemporary feel.
The kitchen is inviting and fully equipped, complete with a marble countertop and dining room table with seating for four, plus some additional swanky lounge chairs. The sleeping area is open and bright, featuring a comfy king-sized bed and sizable shower. The balcony is one of Modern Nuñez II’s most attractive features, with plenty of seating and sunshine while you cook up on an Argentine parrilla (grill).
Recognized as an upper to middle-class neighborhood, Belgrano’s most attractive quality is its residential feel and the presence of grand 19th-century homes lining the wide, leafy avenues. Rather than being inundated with touristy sights, Belgrano is a great place for aimlessly strolling and discovering what lies around the next corner. A popular meeting point for locals is Barrancas de Belgrano, a green park designed by French-Argentine landscaper Carlos Thays. Furthermore, there’s plenty of bars, eateries and cafés to keep you occupied.
