This thoughtfully furnished apartment offers a home-from-home holiday experience. There are 2 double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, lounge with 3 seater sofa bed and armchair, Satellite TV, DVD/Blue ray player, and stereo. The dining area adjoins the living room, and there's an additional table & chairs on the balcony overlooking the pool area. The kitchen has modern fitted units and is well equipped with plenty of cutlery, crockery & cooking utensils, fridge-freezer, hob, microwave, washing machine, iron & board. Fans & radiators in each room ensure all-year-round comfort. For families with young children, there's a cot, high chair, steriliser, toys, books & baby monitor. The fully tiled bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet, sink & bidet.

The communal central area has an expanse of tiled sunbathing terraces with benches and 2 pools - 1 especially for children. Further terraces can be found on the roof, which boast beautiful views of the salt lakes and across the town to the sparkling blue Mediterranean sea.

Golfing Holidays: Why stay on a golfing village where you're stuck with the same courses each day and the same bars and restaurants each night, when you can enjoy a much wider choice of both?

This apartment is located within a 30 minute drive of at least 4 championship golf courses - Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Los Montesinos, Within an hour there are plenty more to choose from too.

There is a secure underground garage beneath the complex with an allocated space, so parking will never be a problem.

When night time comes, there are an array of bars and restaurants that line the streets of Torrevieja serving mouth-watering cuisine of every type. There are British bars, sports bars, Irish bars, Karaoke bars and of course many traditional Tapas bars. You certainly don't need to go hungry or thirsty here...

Family holidays: This apartment is ideal for families with children. It is well equipped for babies and toddlers - no need to struggle with a load of excess baggage, as much of what you'll need is already here - there is a cot, high chair, cold water steriliser (please bring your own tablets), baby monitor, baby and toddler toys, games, books & DVDs etc...

The complex is secure and features 2 swimming pools, one of them especiallly for children. You will find many facilities for families are within easy walking distance including a large park with playground and wildlife, beaches with play areas, shopping centre fun fair, waterpark, cinema, bowling...

The nearest supermarket is just a 2 minute walk, and a further 24 hour supermarket is just 5 minutes walk.

Great holiday

Nice clean apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms. Well maintained building and very secure. The pools are perfect and plenty of room to sunbathe. Straight 15 min walk into town, the beach, The Parque National and even Carrefour and the Habaneras shopping centre. There is an Aldi ten mins walk away. Great view from the roof of the salt lakes. I would recommend staying here and you don't need to hire a car!

Great time

Great apartment to stay especially at the price!! We stayed here wanting to be near the town, and not having to drive anywhere, knowing the town it was fine. We had 4 small girls under 11 and 2 adults, the place was as advertised and spot on for us. lovely and clean and tidy, shared pool again lovely and not busy. The rule of the pool kept it nice for everyone. It was 15 minutes walk to the town straight down the road, but another 15 minutes to the nice beach. The owners and Martin who meet us there were all great too with all information at hand. The supermarket was 7 minutes away to get daily bits. We had a wonderful time here, but if there was a criticism and being honest, it was the kids found it hard at the end to walk to the beach everyday, they got tired. I would defiantly stay here again, many thanks Pete

Location, Location, Location - just perfect

This property is home from home and so comfortable and immaculate and in such a perfect location and the owner Melissa is a joy to deal with from beginning to end, she emails regularly and maintains contact and leaves everything in her lovely home for you to enjoy, spotlessly clean, and such beautiful comfortable beds.

The location is perfect, it has a secure clean pool for everyone to enjoy, perfect after the hot lengthy walks and the apartment is very secure.

15 minutes walk to the promenade, passing through the town shops, bars and restaurants, every Friday a massive street market literally 3 minutes from the apartment and such fun to see the locals buying their stunning fresh fruit and vegetables and lots more too!

A super friendly bar in the main street down from the apartment called Alpalco, really friendly family, lovely tapas, wine from a barrel and free wifi too! Definitely recommend that one. One of our favourite restaurants was El Muelle, beautiful seafront location, classy but not too expensive. Around the corner from the apartment follow the signs for the Consum supermarket, the closest one for very reasonable shopping and next door try the Hao Chinese restaurant, menu of the dia, 5.95 euros for 3 courses with a large glass of wine, excellent value. We also found a superb fresh seafood restaurant in the centre of town just look for the large plastic prawn outside, super seafood tapas, while away the time by buying prawns, sit and peel with a large glass of chilled wine, delicious!

Our favourite little walk, especially if you have children go to the Park of Nations, fabulous all species of birds, ducks, geese and chickens and baby turtles who run free, the children will love it.

Overall a super ten days in a lovely central apartment, lovingly kept by Melissa and her family.

Go and enjoy everything it has to offer.

Torrevieja Flat

We recently stayed at this apartment as family of six, 2 adults and 4 children 14 to 7 yrs old.

It accomodated us all quite comfortably. Well maintained and everything we needed was right there.

The pool is seconds from the apartment and was fantastic and never overcrowded with a lifeguard overlooking. Great having the loungers as well.

The apartment is a good 10 - 15 min walk (with children) from the promenade on a slight incline but nothing of a problem. A nice stroll back in the evening. This comes with the bonus of being a very easy 10-15 min walk from Aquopolis Water park which is fab!!

Look out for discount flyers for park also available from the Tourist Office.

Lots of restaurants, ice cream shops on the lovely promenade and on the prom walk along to the beach with its waters ideal for kids.

Can I suggest though a book with some info on it for car hire, directions to water park, bus stops etc.

All in all would not hesitate to go back. :)

The apartment is in a great location close enough to Torrevieja town to access all it's facilities, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet! It's just a short walk to the the Park of Nations, shops, bars, restaurants, marina, funfair, market, beaches, Aquopolis water park, Habaneras shopping centre, Ozone game, cinema & bowling complex. As well as the blue flag beaches of Torrevieja and La Mata, Guardamar is just a 10 minute drive, as are Punta Prima, Cabo Roig, and La Zenia. The salt lakes and La Mata are not to be missed, and for keen golfers there are at least 4 championship golf courses to be found locally - Villamartin, Campoamor, Las ramblas and Montesinos. La Manga would take maybe 40 minutes. Great days out could include the La Manga and Mar Menor, Alicante, Elche, Murcia, Orihuela, Elche, Benidorm (just an hours drive) and not to be missed if you love a scenic drive is the magnificent Guadalest. Terra Mitica, Terra Natura theme park, Aqualandia and Mundomar 1hr away
