We are a professional family from Calgary who have enjoyed our mountain getaway immensely. We've spent many wonderful times together at our Canmore condo exploring the area, skiing, biking and hiking -- so much to do it's never dull in Canmore. We hope you enjoy it too!

Why Donna Scott chose Alberta

We needed the extra space - the three bedrooms were great as the kids got older. Having our own washer/dryer in the unit was a huge convenience for an active family. The south facing private balcony was perfect for our family meals 'n BBQ's in the warmer months and the views are to die for!

Just a 10 minute walk to downtown Canmore's shops 'n restaurants as well as the new "Elevation Place" recreation centre, close to the ROAM public transit system that goes between Canmore & Banff, and a quick hop onto the TransCanada Highway for excursions to Kananaskis, Banff National Park & Lake Louise, our location can't be beat.

Great property!

This property worked very well for our group of 6 visiting Canmore. Parking was handy and available. The condo was clean and had everything we needed (they even added in a blender upon request). The hot tub soak after a long day of hiking was perfect. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Amazing place - I highly recommend staying here!

It is a beautiful place and the surrounding area is stunning. I stayed here with my family for my wedding at lake Louise. Donna was so helpful and gave us a lot of helpful hints. I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Canmore to stay here! Was amazing to wake up to the beautiful views.

Great location!

We were down for a wedding with two other couples and we had the perfect amount of space. The big deck was a great place to take in a morning cup of coffee overlooking the Three Sisters. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Very good value with this property, I will be back!

Adequate for our needs

This condo. was adequate but crowded for 6 adults. It would be much better for 4 adults or 2 adults with children.

The bedding was too heavy and hot for summer months.

I would not call it "spacious"; we were constantly tripping over each other; the dining area was tight for 6.

There was only 1 teaspoon in the kitchen; otherwise, the dishes and flatware were adequate.

The views are spectacular and the location is nice.

We appreciated having the Parks Pass; our favorite restaurant close-by was "Patrino's".

All appliances were working -- dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.

Ventilation for summer weather was difficult-- windows can't be opened much and air-conditioning isn't always desirable.

Shower head in 2nd bathroom was a problem; no place for hanging or storage in 2nd bathroom.

The owner responded promptly when needed.

The Woodlands, TX

Excellent Stay

It is my great pleasure to work with Donna through this rental experience. Besides prompt response, flexibility in reservation, Donna gave us extra day Park pass and luggage storage because we need to stay in Lake Louise for one more night. On top of that, her "Out'n about" book gave me tailored tips to where we spend our time for best experience in the area for the big family (seniors and youngsters included). All facilities in condo are in good working conditions. Pretty quiet at night. The grills in the balcony are new and working well due to our grill need. The "pay it forward" mini-bar is an interesting idea but we didn't take advantage of. The location is generally convenient for us with cars. Walking distance wise, I pushed the baby stroller across Montane Road to new Spring Creek community (great view) and returned from Spring Creek Boardwalk. I certainly will recommend the properties to my friends.

Truly a home away from home!

Hi Donna! I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed being able to stay at your condo over the May long week-end! We were a family of six, there was plenty of space for all of us, and we really appreciated your generosity with supplies (towels, extra blankets, soaps etc). We cooked most meals in the condo, and your kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to make a meal (we have rented a lot of condos over the years, and yours is one of the best equipped we have ever had the pleasure of renting!). At the end of a long cold day hiking, my little nephews would each wrap up in a spare blanket and watch netflix (we were so appreciative as well of your Apple TV) while we prepared dinner. Your barbecue was also a nice luxury that we took advantage of numerous times during our stay. We happily recommend your condo, and we look forward to staying with you again, ourselves!
