About Giovanni Casanova

We are a family of fun-loving Puerto Ricans. Having grown up in a beautiful, tropical island, we need to be close to the water. Our house in Clarkston is our oasis from our very fulfilling and stressful jobs. It is our "little piece of heaven".

Giovanni Casanova purchased this house in 2007

What makes this house unique

On city outskirts and near many outdoor recreation activities. Boating, fishing, hunting, wildlife viewing, ORV, and many more.

Great home and location

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this home for a brief vacation to visit family. The home is nicely and simply furnished and is quite spacious for our family of 3. Lots of utensils, pans and everything needed to make meals at the house. The home came with lots of appreciated amenities (plenty of towels, a hair dryer, some food and cooking supplies in the cupboards etc). There was central a/c which was great since it was close to 100 degrees two of the days we were there. The yard was nice and green and there were beautiful flowers to enjoy. We highly recommend this house and will definitely stay there again when we go back to that area.

Lovely home with a great view of the Snake

  • 4 of 5

Great shower and kitchen facilities - also there's a basement with an outdoor entrance and half bath. The owners are very nice and prompt with communications.

Peaceful & Clean

  • 4 of 5

Stayed here for a holiday with family that lives nearby. Plenty of room for everybody, and fixed a turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Hope to stay again for family visits.

Wonderful Location and River View!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for the month of March, and while the weather wasn't all we'd hoped for, the house certainly was! What a great location for access to walking and biking on the riverside path, hiking and the communities of Asotin, Clarkston and Lewiston. The house is a charming, clean, nicely updated bungalow and the hosts were great to work with. We especially enjoyed the front deck and sunroom for morning coffee, reading and relaxing. Reading lamps would be a nice addition but beds were very comfortable. We hated to leave and hope to return in the future!

Lovely home by the river

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed staying here immensely. We were working hard during the day and looked forward to the peace and calm at this house.

The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, wifi good and fully functional kitchen.

We would like to come back in the summer, when we can enjoy the deck and the water and the beach.

The owners were friendly, flexible and kind.

Great place. Everything we needed and more.

Had a wonderful time back in the Valley. The access to the river as well as the view was top notch. The house had everything that we needed and was very comfortable. Will try to book it again on our next visit to the Valley!
