SORRY, NO SMOKING! THANK YOU!
We stayed for just over a week in late April and early May 2016. The condo was in great condition and is just as described. It's an easy walk across the street to the public beach access, and the views of the Intra-Coastal Waterway are fantastic. We saw dolphins and sharks from the balcony along with all sorts of birds. The beds are comfortable, the decor is nice, there's plenty of closet space, the appliances are in good condition, and the electronics in the house are very nice. The transaction was easy, check in and check out was also a breeze. The minor complaints in some other reviews are really no big deal (couple scuffs on the bright blue wall and well worn very comfy chair) at all unless you are super picky. We highly recommend this property.
My wife and I along with our two children stayed in this unit while spending a few days in Florida. We really enjoyed the place, it's on the second floor with a huge balcony that overlooks the intercoastal waterway. The balcony also overlooks the pool which was a big advantage. When we arrived we found the unit very clean and comfortable, It has a loft bedroom where the boys had fun sleeping. It has a very open layout with great views even from the inside. We got everything we expected and will rent again when going back to the area. The building is across the street from the beach so that was convenient too.
My wife and I rented this unit for two weeks in February 2016. Initially we rented from the owner who has since sold the unit and it is now managed by a Property Management company. First, the unit is located on the top floor up four flights of stairs. Not great for carrying your luggage up there. The unit itself is kind of worn. It could use a pain job and some sprucing up. Some of the furniture in the living room is thread bare and needs to be replaced. The unit has a great balcony and view and overlooks the inter-coastal waterway. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, the washer works fine but the dryer has an issue with it and takes forever to dry a load of clothes. I contacted the Management company about this and was advised that the dryer had been tested and the problem was with the exhaust and was a condo board issue. The unit was advertised when we rented it and is still advertised as offering a king sized bed in the master bedroom. It is not a king. The beach chairs provided are old and not very easy to use. The ensuite bathroom has a tub with a shower head. There is something wrong with the shower tap as the water only comes out lukewarm, if you want a hot shower you have to use the main bathroom. Like I said, the unit has a lot of potential, the owners just need to put some money into it and clean it up. One other thing, upon our arrival, we had to clean the floors, they were covered with a black dust and the furniture needed to be dusted. I dont expect to have to clean a place when you pay this amount a money for it.
