About Jerry Murdock
Jerry and Tina Murdock and their sons built this Cabin for travelers to enjoy the Canyonlands area. We are the proud parents of many children, and even more grandchildren. We love riding ATV's and Jeeps on the trails, mountains, and canyons in the area. You will love it too!
Jerry Murdock purchased this Cabin in 2012
Why Jerry Murdock chose Monticello
This cabin has a full kitchen and living room/dining room areas along with plush sleeping areas. We are centrally located among 12 National Parks and Monuments. This beautiful cabin is secluded, quiet and private, yet is accessible to the highway for easy visits to sites of your choice, or just relax on the covered patio and enjoy the scenery and quiet. The sunrises and sunsets here are spectacular, and the star gazing is out of this world. You are sure to enjoy the cabin and all of its western luxuries. Thank you, Jerry and Tina Murdock

It was a very nice property. The directions to the property were well written. The information on things to do in the area were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay there. A friend recommended this particular property. It was farther from Canyonlands and Arches than I realized, but closer to Four Corners and Mesa Verde.
They thought of everything.
A beautiful property.
Centrally located to visit the Canyonlands.
Nice clean quiet place to relax and enjoy sitting around the fire pit area. The picnic table had pine pitch on it though. We were not going to be using it anyway. Loved the cabin with all the pine flooring, walls and ceiling! Thank you so much, we had a very nice time staying at your lovely place !! :) Maija and Phil Wright
Cozy and secluded
The cabin was cozy and secluded and close to hiking trails and attractions. Enjoyed our stay immensely.
This was a perfect stay for us and out pet to be able to run about and be safe from other wild animals. It was very cozy with lots of big "tiny house" conveniences. The view of the local wilderness area was very beautiful.
Thank you so much for your stay and for enjoying this beautiful place with us! How many of these places were you able to visit while here?
