Large Ground- Floor, 2 Bedroom Apartment With Gardens, Ponds And Turtle Resort.
About Stephanie Greiner
My husband, Calvin, and I both grew up in Lancaster County and we have a deep love for the land. My husband was a farmer until his late 20's at which time he went into the ministry and we pursued missionary work in Nigeria. We have raised 5 children and have 8 grandchildren. My husband owns a hard wood flooring business and I am a licensed massage therapist, health coach and author. Our home is built on one of the family farms and we love to share our beautiful gardens with friends and visitors. The flower gardens and turtle resort are my husband's passion and it shows!
Stephanie Greiner purchased this Apartment in 2003
Why Stephanie Greiner chose Manheim
Our beautiful home is hidden away in the midst of the fertile Lancaster County farmland. We are only 5 minutes from the nearest town, but we live in a secluded, quiet neighborhood with only one other house nearby. Since we are now "Empty Nesters" we wanted to share our homey space with others who can appreciate being surrounded by nature and beauty
What makes this Apartment unique
Whether we're sitting on the back deck watching the turtles bathing in the sun, listening to the gently waterfall, relaxing in the rejuvenating hot tub or gazing out over the fertile fields, our property is truly a haven of beauty and peace. Many people have commented on how peaceful they feel in our home and while wandering the grounds which are peppered with busy bird houses, flowers and bushes.

Clean, quiet and spacious
It was a great place to retreat to after baseball and the craziness of Hershey. The gardens were beautiful and the owners were very kind and helpful. It had more than enough room for 3 adult and 2 teenagers. There was a fabulous local food/market just minutes from location.
Beautiful and relaxing retreat away from the city
Stephanie and Calvin were so wonderful with our small children. We enjoyed the fish, turtles, butterflies, and wide open spaces to run. Close proximity to Hershey and the Strasburg Railroad. Very clean and all of the comforts of home. Looking forward to our next trip back!
Basement Apartment with open space
The entry to the unit was a little akward....down a woodchip trail to a sliding door, but the fish pond and turtle ponds were neat for our toddler to see. There is one house really close by and the owners live on the floor above, so not a secluded VRBO, but aside from those three homes on the cauldesac, it's surrounded by farmland. We did not use the outdoor hot tub as it was only at 94 degrees and looked a bit dingy. There are only two small bedrooms, all the other beds are in open spaces, so not much privacy if you have someone sleeping in the third bed. The beds were comfortable (although small) and the shower was good, clean and hot. Plenty of space to eat and relax inside and out. Really liked being close to the grocery store and restaurant, they were both good. This location was very convenient to Hershey...a beautiful drive back and forth, surrounded by beautiful farms and homes.
We loved the property and the landlords where amazing.
Peaceful and beautiful! Owners are a delight to talk to!
