House– 2 Master Bedrooms, 2 Queen Beds, 2 Baths, Sleeper Sofa, Sleeps 6

Smoky Mountain Treehouse is a smoky mountain vacation home nestled high in the treetops at 3700 feet in the heart of Maggie Valley, North Carolina. There is a feeling of nature and tranquility in the peaceful, outdoor environment yet close to all modern conveniences in Maggie Valley and surrounding areas. The cabin is very clean and is tastefully decorated which makes it a cozy retreat. The home sleeps six people comfortably. We are kid and pet friendly. We also own the house next door which is great for larger parties wanting to say next to each other.

This single story home has been completely redone with brand new appliances, new washer/dryer, central heat & AC, wood burning fireplace, hot tub, cable, high speed WiFi, 2 master bedrooms & bathrooms, sleeper sofa and a deck that wraps around the house. The home is surrounded by beauty and can be enjoyed as you sit and relax in the rocking chairs on the covered back porch nestled among the trees. The side deck has a gas grill and picnic table which are great for enjoying a nice meal or playing games/cards with loved ones. There is also a hot tub, perfect after a long day of hiking, or enjoying a morning cup of coffee.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils and small appliances- everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal. The home has a wood burning fireplace in the family room and is a great place to relax, read a good book or make smores’ with the kids. We encourage you to open up the door and go for a hike around the property to enjoy all of its natural beauty. This cabin truly provides you with all the comforts of home.

About Brandon Jones

Hi there! I was born and raised in South Florida and that there is where I still reside with my wife and 3 children. Living down here in paradise where it’s always summer is great, but when we go on vacation we like to head up to the mountains for a change of scenery. We like Maggie Valley, NC because you get you experience all the seasons. Our goal is to visit our home 4 times a year, one visit for each season. There is so much to do and see no matter what season it is.

We have put a lot of work into our house in order to make it feel like your own home away from home. During your stay with us, we hope enjoy all the amenities that the home as to offer. We have one rule– take a deep breath, breathe in the clean mountain air, relax and enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds you.

Why Brandon Jones chose Maggie Valley/Waynesville Area

We own the house next door (Fernbrook Treehouse) and when this house went on the market for sale we purchased it! We love this location so much we thought it would be great to have two houses right next door to each other for gatherings with family and friends. There are only 6 houses on our street so its very quiet and peaceful.

What makes this house unique

Single story, dual master bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazing screened porch, hot tub, wifi, extremely clean.

The cabin is lovely inside. The owners have thought of everything to make our stay pleasant. The best part is the screened in back porch with rocking chairs. The porch runs across the whole length of the back of the cabin and you are looking out at the treetops. The living area has a stone fireplace. Wood is even provided. Kitchen has all you could ask for and more. The drive up was a little curvy and steep but was a beautiful drive. One benefit for us, being seniors was the fact that everything is on one floor. Tip: there is a grocery store named Ingles close by in Waynesville. Be sure to visit them for your needs. We didn't know that and went to another one which was not good. We appreciated being able to take our dogs even though walking space is hilly. They loved it.

Peaceful and Beautiful Retreat

  • 4 of 5

My husband and I enjoyed Maggie Valley Treehouse and the surrounding areas. The "Treehouse" was clean and very comfortable and well supplied. The owner was courteous and prompt in answering our needs. We liked the cozy atmosphere of the home and convenient access to adequate private parking. The clean hot tub and screened porch were lovely additions to the comforts of the "Treehouse". We would like to return in the Spring to enjoy the abundant Rhododendrons on the mountainsides of the area.

My stay was from 7-9 to 7-16. The home was the immaculate, comfortable and remote. Everything you could need they furnished. The screened in porch was so nice , especially in the evenings, just the sound of nature. The hot tub was awesome, the end to a great day hiking, shopping or just chilling.

I have been renting for 30 years and this was by far the best.

Relaxing stay!

  • 4 of 5

We had a wonderful time staying at this cabin. Everything was really nice and very clean. Wait until you try the hot tub! My only complaint was no tv's in the bedrooms as my boyfriend likes to use the tv to help him go to sleep at night (I personally was happy we didn't have the tv on for once lol) but other than that it was truly a beautiful place to stay. We really didn't want to leave when the weekend was over. Also want to add that when I had a question and contacted the owner he was prompt to answer back and make sure my question was answered. I highly recommend his cabin!
