Large 2,600 square foot townhome with 3 bedrooms. It currently has a king, queen, and double bed in 3 bedrooms, plus 2 couches in the living/family rooms. Main floor is recently renovated with hardwood floors, granite countertops, and three crystal chandeliers. There is one bathroom on the main level (2-piece) and two bathrooms on the upper level (3-piece and 4-piece).
The skylight and high ceilings give this home a very bright, spacious and open ambiance: 9-foot high ceilings in the kitchen/living/dining/family rooms, 12-foot high ceiling in the front foyer and 15-foot high vaulted cathedral ceiling in the master bedroom. The central staircase is open entirely to the skylight which is about 34 feet high from the main floor. This skylight floods all three levels with lots of light all day.

The entire townhome was recently renovated except for the master bedroom. In the spirit of full disclosure, it's in pretty good shape although there are a few scuff marks and some nail holes in the walls from previous pictures. But, other than that, still in good shape.

This home location is considered to be “Very Walkable” as there are “27 restaurants within a 15 minute walk”.

This home is located in the Vaughan Heritage Conservation District and right across the street from the Thornhill Heritage Conservation District which includes several riverside walking trails around the East Don River and Old Historical Thornhill Village. There are several parks nearby such as Riverside Park, Pioneer Park, Cricklewood Park, Thornhill Park, MacDonald House and Garden, Oakbank Pond Park, Royal Orchard Park, and Pomona Mills Park (in order of proximity, all within walking distance).

Schools nearby include Baythorne Elementary School for the Arts, Yip’s Music and Montessori School, Yorkhill Elementary French Immersion School, Seneca College, and York University. Most schools are walking distance and do not require a school bus.

Just steps away from Yonge Street and a bus stop (or short car ride) that takes you to Finch subway station which is only about 10-12 minutes away. The Finch subway, as well as the Langstaff GO Train station, are two good options for quick transit to downtown Toronto. GO Bus service right in front of the townhouse complex goes directly to York University on one bus with no transfers. School bus, Viva and GO Bus service available for many other destinations, accessible right in front of the townhouse complex as well.
